R.Nobody would say that moving is fun and as we had the contents of a huge home office to move as well as the household furniture, it was a big job. But Marlborough Movers made the process efficient and a pleasure. The young men loading the truck were friendly and cheerful. They had some nice reggae music going and seem to be like the everlasting bunny with energy to carry yet another heavy box up the stairs. From the first contact to removing the empty boxes, nothing has been a trouble. Highly recommended!

J.I recently moved with Marlborough Moving from Blenheim to Picton. It was an extremely thorough service. The lady who came to give me a quote was very helpful and friendly. The lady who packed the contents of my home was so fast and very good at her job, as were the guys who carefully and efficiently moved my furniture into my new home. I was worried about the access of my new address as it is in a tricky location but Errol the owner of the business visited to check out the location and work out the best way to deliver my goods safely. All in all an excellent move, and Marlborough Moving took the stress of moving away from me. I would definitely recommend them and if I ever move again I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for the job.

Near the removal date we were asked if we needed more and it arrived the same day. The loading of the truck went very smoothly. Marlborough Moving and Storage is the perfect Company to use when relocating anywhere. It is a very stressful thing to do at any time, and they certainly take the worry and anxiety out of it. Firstly Stephanie and Nicole came and started doing the wrapping and boxing of all our possessions. They listened, respected and carried out our job with the professional ability required. So fast and efficient, making sure everything was safe and boxed properly. Then they were joined by two young men who wrapped all our big possessions.
Then the following day the truck came and emptied the house and packed the truck, getting it all in and safe. They even took our pot plants, which made it safely, including our orchid. Then they held the truck in their yard for a week until our possession date a week later. Drove to Christchurch the day before, then at 9am on the Friday they were here ready to unload. 3 men did this well and were finished by 1pm. There were no breakages at all, and we would highly recommend this company to anyone on the move.

B.Moving house from Wairau Valley to Timaru! In our view a massive undertaking. But the friendly team of packers and unpackers from Marlborough Moving and Storage took it all in their stride with clear communication every step of the way.
T.Punctual, got on with the job promptly & efficiently. Errol accommodated us so that we were moved in time. Sadly let down by one of the men that told me it was not really meant to be deconstructing my heavy bed that I struggle to do myself, smoked his bong on the job & then lied on both counts to his boss. I regret not being able to give a better review, but it is honest & I have no reason to be otherwise.
M.Punctual, efficient, and friendly, Errol's team did a fantastic job. Very accommodating to our slightly confusing moving plan, made the move so much less stressful. Would use these movers again in a heartbeat.
