S.Moved a container from Canada to NZ during Covid. Challenging at both ends but NV Van Lines talked us through it, kept in regular touch, and coordinated the whole processes as good as it could have been done. The crew unloading at the NZ end, led by Charlie, were quick and friendly. Many thanks!
M.I hired NZ Furniture Movers to move from Wgtn to ChCh last year. The Wellington crew were good to deal with, however some of my belongings were damaged in transit.
I didn't realise that the ChCh leg of my move would be through NZ Van lines, which was not a great experience.
Apparently NZ Van Lines, NZ Movers and The Moving Company are all owned by the same person. They work independently but share resources, trucks and people.
When I raised issues regarding my moving experience, the ChCh Branch Manager was very responsive, professional, and keen to put things right to the extent possible.
H.Mayank and team have been great in helping us with the NZ side of a move from the UK and shipping over our things. Great communication and very helpful. Thanks so much guys!

My house lot of furniture arrived on schedule, 8 days from Whg to Chch. Items were placed in my house upon arrival and even the beds were put together for me. I would highly recommend NZ Van Lines.
