From my initial email enquiry through to my goods arriving at my door, they showed care, attention to detail, respect and professionalism throughout. Things like labelling each box with detail that helped to easily locate items, tessellating odd shaped packages so well it saved the cost of a further consignment and the humour and generosity of time and spirit made all the difference. P.Big thanks to Tim and all the guys at Transworld. My shipment from Hawaii was taking a while but after touching base with Tim, he was very reassuring and professional, especially when it came to explaining how Customs and Bio Security worked. Rob and Jason arrived a lot earlier than we thought they would, coming up to Nelson from Christchurch unpacked and assembled the beds, desks etc. They were very respectful of our things and very professional throughout. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Transworld.

S.International Move- USA to New Zealand
Despite the fact that I have moved internationally several times, it is a stressful process, there no way around it. Moving abroad comes with many logistics. I can speak from experience that when your things don't arrive on time, or worse, when they arrive late and broken, this elicits unnecessary and preventable disappointment.
It is difficult to know how to get the best value for money while ensuring your personal belongings make it in one piece. It is time consuming to look at the numerous moving companies, read their policies, read the reviews and talk to different people from each company. My process was rather last minute as after my work visa was approved I only had a few days to make a decision.
The collaborative efforts with at least 5 different aspects of the move beginning in the USA all the way through to the end in New Zealand was both professional and personable. Everything went according to plan (collection, timeframe, price, correspondence along the way, arrival into New Zealand and finally, the delivery). I never had to reach out and wonder where my things were in the process because I was kept updated. Each person who took on the next phase and responsibility of my things was really thorough.
When my things arrived in New Zealand I had to fill out further New Zealand required documents. Sadly, I did not complete or submit the required documents correctly. Tim Sinclair from Transworld International Removals gently guided me through the process on what documents were needed, when and how to best get them to him to enable my things to be processed and moved into my possession.
Communication was upheld throughout the New Zealand end of the process and, as promised, and my things arrived within the timeframe that had been indicated to me in the USA.
I would highly recommend Transworld International Removals for anyone, but in particular, to those moving internationally. I can speak from experience that they were fantastic to work with and I will use them in the future.

D.I had to move an antique sideboard from Balclutha to Brisbane and chose Transworld International to do the job. The sideboard rocked up yesterday in good order and condition. The guy who picked the sideboard up from my elderly parents’ place in Balclutha impressed them with his quick and courteous work. The Transworld team in NZ and Oz kept me informed along the way and the guys who delivered it were great. Fantabulous job and I would be very happy to use your services again!

Both our home and the destination house were two storied.
Their two men worked so hard all day.
We were especially thankful for their reassembling Eliz’s and Jack’s beds at the end of the day. We were utterly exhausted and it was a very welcome relief to find it done.
We are renting for six months and this company shall definitely be asked to move us again.
