Amazing service from these guys, worked with our schedule and took a lot of pressure off when situations changed - loved that they could be so flexible with us! Better Moves are amazing! Craig and his team sorted everything for us and made what was a very stressful move way easier! Don and Jo arrived the day before and packed everything, they took great care (even better than I would of) and nothing was a problem for them. Great guy's and I can't recommend enough!

Craig was super helpful with very little notice When the guys turned up they had everything loaded in the truck in 2 hours and their care and packing was second to none Upon delivery they had it unloaded and the furniture all in the appropriate places in under an hour, I could not fault the service right from booking to delivery. So easy for what was a bit of a stressful time. Thanks Craig, much appreciated for your awesome service!

The efficiency with booking the removal and arranging storage was very good. However, I was expected to be there to help load the tuck, which I was not made aware of until the day of. That would be the only negative though, as the young man that was doing my terminal was extremely pleasant, even though he was never going to get my entire house loaded and return to Dunedin from wanaka within his hours for his log book. I'd suggest ensuring all expectations on the client are clearly stated,or made known.i had to finish work early, and it still took over 2 hours to load the truck.

Sent an email to make a booking, was greeted with a quick prompt friendly response and the movers arrived right on time as per booking. Very efficient and every care was taken to move a piano across town. Getting it up stairs was a mission, but again every care was taken and I was very impressed by the professionalism of the delivery people. Will have no hesitation to use this company again with my next move.
