Fourth international move and by far the most pain free. Engaged from my prior home in New York to return to New Zealand. Matthew and Brendon couldn't have been more helpful and communicative, even when inevitable delays occurred at customs. Matthew went out of his way to find the most cost effective packer and shipper out of New York to work with, no small challenge. Cannot recommend highly enough on a move to NZ.

The movers themselves were friendly and nice however I was unhappy with the service. The movers left behind a bookcase which was too big to fit in our car so we had to leave it behind. The company did not send enough team members to unpack the truck at the other end so we are left with an unassembled trampoline and disappointed children and they were left with very tired workers. We were told that the company would send someone to pick up the boxes and packing rubbish, we have had no contact from the company since.
