M.I was a bit skeptical of this site as the quotes I received were far more affordable than other companies. But I’m really glad I went with Wisemove and NZ Home Movers in the end. The team arrived 10min early, packed up everything super efficiently and carefully and had a great positive attitude, even though we had a somewhat difficult apartment to move out of. They were right on time arriving at the destination and all our belongings where in perfect condition. They were also super responsive and helpful leading up to move and always answered my questions quickly. Can’t recommend enough!

Ten days after no communication from that initial carrier, I contacted Wise Move; heard back from Emma at Wise Move immediately, with an apology and a plan to move forward. They recommended JTL, I said I would give Wise Move another opportunity to show me how their service was supposed to work and from there I was not disappointed. From the moment I confirmed acceptance of JTL’s quote, they communicated swiftly, collected the items to be shipped within 24 hrs, stored them and delivered them exactly on the day they promised. I couldn’t be happier with their performance. At the end of the day, you just want to know the people with whom you are entrusting your goods are careful, honest and reliable. K.Top Stuff Ltd provided Exceptionally Good Service! Quote was 20% less than the other quotes. Great comms even though my mobile had intermittent coverage where the pick up was. Daryn as completely flexible around pickup time, I was able to arrange pick a day earlier and then even able to move pick up time earlier on the pickup day. He has a great trailer for the job, and I was completely at ease once car was collected. I knew it would be, and it was, delivered no probs.
As first time using WiseMove.co.nz, I was worried it was a scam site as asked for fill payment to providers private bank account up front. But it is NOT a scam! And the service and site was so easy to use. Saved my bacon as 300kms from home with broken download car fill of camping gear. Will use again if even the need arises.

E.I love how Wise Move is able to connect you to different movers and you can get a good value for your money in one place. Emma from Wise Move was very helpful when we had a technical glitch. It was so stressful at that time as it is level 3 lockdown in AKL and we only have 1 week to book a mover going to Christchurch. Phil from Movestuff responded late evening when I reposted my quote. I had to repost as we keep changing our minds what to bring and what not. Phil and Mike from Movestuff were excellent. They picked up the furnitures and delivered them on time and with care. Will definitely book with them again.
