G.We were very happy with the service we received from NZ Van Lines. They packed our house for us and moved us from Waikato to Taranaki. The packers took good care packing our belongings, furniture etc. They unloaded and set everything up that was needed immediately: beds, fridge, microwave etc. We were kept informed at all stages and all went smoothly according to plan. The local branch came and took all the packing materials away for us. We would definitely recommend NZ Van Lines
J.Simply excellent. I moved from Hamilton to Los Angles recently. Debbie on the quotes team came by and gave me a fair custom quote and answered my many questions. I received a flat rate quote which included packing and unpacking, all of the boxes, and the move itself to LA. The crew came exactly when they said they would. I have their names written down somewhere and liked them so much I will edit my review when I find the paper.
It was a really smooth process, the customer service and staff was polite and professional. The guys who came to pack and load the container were really efficient and had a good attitude. The team who made the delivery of my furniture in LA was from a US company, but they were fine too.
I can't recommend NZ Van Lines highly enough, and would suggest their good pricing on a flat rate move. There was absolutely nothing stressful or surprising about my experience - Everything was better than expected, fair, clean, easy. Their service is impeccable, and they even called me after to ensure I was satisfied.
