A big thank you to Sharleen and the team at Transworld for delivering our shipment from Switzerland for which we had waited for 5 months. While waiting for our shipment, Sharleen helped keep stress levels down. The original delivery was to Wellington but we had moved in the interim to Whanganui. For an agreed additional cost, a smooth delivery was arranged by Transworld. Despite logistical problems exacerbated by Covid, as well as inspection by MPI, we had our goods within a week of the shipment arriving in Wellington. Excellent service indeed!

Transworld did a great job on both sides, the pick up in Australia and drop off here in New Zealand. Great customer service too and happy to recommmend them for international house and car relocations! Thanks :-)

We moved house from Kapiti to Tasman with Transworld, and the team were superb. Great communication and professional, friendly staff. Nothing was too much bother and the move went so smoothly.

Really recommend John and his team in Wellington for the great work they have done to help with an international shipment. They have been very prompt in their initial response to what was needed and also one of the few companies that were contacted to give additional info re customs etc. from the start. Furthermore, they have gone out of their way to assist and provide a professional service. And.... They have been very patient with all the questions. Really happy to have used Transworld. Hope their colleagues at the other end do as good of a job as they have done. Highly recommended!

One can really rely on Transworld International Removals. The staff was very professional & provided the excellent service, we especially felt Sharlene was precise in all communications & kept us informed with everything required, she ensured to be on point with all documemts, kept us updated with the process of where our personal belongings were at & making the correct decisions for arrival. Upon arrival the 3 guys were so awesome they were pro's all the way, It was raining for days which meant that it was difficult to get the Truck closer to the house, but these guys parked up & carried all furniture from the side if the road, which was amazing it was a fair distance down hill & back up to the hill to get another load. They were fast & furiously strong, Have to mention they set up our furniture in the house as well, so cool, i hope our experience will help inspire others wanting to move, to use Transworld International Removals. I can't say enough good things about Transworld! Sharleen in the Wellington office held my nervous hand throughout the receiving end our first international move. She walked me through every detail with the utmost patience. Top marks to her crew of 3 who unloaded, delivered, and unpacked for professionalism and efficiency!! They navigated our tight and tricky stairs without any problems - even with our oversized US furniture. We won't use anyone else when we move again. Thank you all so much!

Competitively priced moving company who are communicative, responsive and extremely helpful. Collecting and moving staff are so efficient and organised and will go out of their way to offer advice and ensure your items are packed and transported with care. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and I couldn’t recommend the service highly enough.

My experience with Transworld was a dream. I moved from Canberra to Wellington right when the Trans-Tasman bubble opened up and worked with their partner OSS in Aus and Transworld here in Wellington. Sharleen, my main liaison from the office was so patient and helpful with me (I'd never brought a car into the country before and I asked lots of questions). Email comms were superb because I had a record of what I needed to do, phone comms were excellent becuase Sharleen was always patient and knowledgeable and she put me on to who I needed for the car entry certification requirements - she really made that whole experience so stress-free for me to sort my car out. On move day it was way quicker than I expected and quite an enjoyable. The team of Olaf, Johnny and Nicole were efficient, but best, they were friendly which is nice when you don't really know what you're doing and where things should go in your own home. I never felt in the way and appreciated I could unwrap the big items along with Nicole. They did everything I expected, and came back a week later when I called to collect the final packaging and boxes. I wouldn't hesitate to use Transworld again, and I highly recommend them.

Transworld handled our international move from the receiving end, and we couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Sharleen is absolutely wonderful, in constant contact providing updates and loads of info and options for us. She helped us every step of the way, from customs to keeping track of our ship, to move dates and even on the day of the move, checking in with us. She always had time for us and answered every email promptly or called us if it was something more involved. The moving team that came on moving day were also absolutely wonderful, professional and really efficient. They made short work of a full house load with smiles on their faces, even up several flights of stairs. We can't recommend them highly enough. A heartfelt thank you to John Jackson and the Transworld International Removals team, Lower Hutt, Wellington. My wife and I needed to move to Germany and we had no idea of the logistics involved, but that did not matter as John Jackson was on point with all that was required to make the move from NZ smooth, and without any issues. I cannot say how impressed we were with Transworld, everything went according to plan and exactly as it was laid out to us. Mr Jackson was able to answer all questions without referral, and he made recommendations in a supportive and professional manner - a rare quality these days. My shipment from Denmark was handled in New Zealand by Transworld and then I hired them again to move house within Wellington. Both times, their staff were professional, careful, friendly and courteous. We would happily recommend them to others.

The delivery day went very well, Glynn and the lads were great, despite the fact that it rained cats and dogs while they were unloading! Thanks to Sharleen and the team for all of the work that they did at the NZ end to make this whole transition back to NZ from Korea run very smoothly, one of the best international moves that we have done. From the time we contacted Transworld, & received their quote which we feel was very competitive, for our household items to be shipped from New Zealand, to Norrhern Ireland. Their staff member Niicole, was keeping us updated on every stage of the process, as living in Northetn Ireland, being so far away from our items, it was good to know everything was being taken care of in a very professional way. We used the guys at Transworld to move house locally and they were awesome! They were very quick to get the job done, they were professional and really friendly. I would recommend these guys to anyone and we would definitely use them to move house again. I also have to say that John was very responsive in getting back to me with a quote his customer service was great!!

Nicole, Sharleen and John provided a service that was so accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my items were shipped safely to the UK. Nicole went out of her way to assist me with formalising my documents for Customs, as she knew I was flying at the time I was communicated by the Customs Representative and as she was cc'd in on this, took it upon herself to format my documents in a way that Customs could receive them effectively. She provided countless quotes and when the items I was shipping changed and did so happily and was thorough and diligent with the information provided throughout. Very reasonable price, continuously fantastic customer service and an absolute pleasure all round. Thank you team!

To say I was happy with the Transworld International Removals Wellington would be an understatement. From the outset John was a pleasure to deal with, Our move date had been delayed a couple of times and John was totally accommodating. The team were fast and effeicient and incredible professional. Despite moving some challenging items up tight hall ways and two flights of stairs, all our possessions were moved successfully with no damage to our property what so ever. I was blown away by the speed and organisation on display at all times through out the move. Thank you Nicole, Phil, Johny and John who helped make a potentially stressful day a breeze, laughing and joking the whole time. I contacted five removal companies who serviced NZ nationally by using online information and then requesting a quote. Transworld were the only company who actually provided a quote. The quote itself was incredibly competitive and after engaging with them to do the work, the care, communication and customer service was outstanding. Cannot recommend enough!

Transworld were amazing and helped make my move back to New Zealand from Australia so easy during this difficult time because of COVID-19. I was regularly kept up to date by Sharlene with any changes and she was always on hand to answer any questions. We were very impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of Glynn and Johnny! They went over and beyond the call of duty, doing what no other moving company would have done to help us get those washer and dryer units in place! Honestly, they deserve a "bonus" for what they did! The younger helpers were polite, too, courageously persevering to the end on what was a BIG job, I must admit! We have another shipment coming in April, or around that time. I sure hope to see Glynn and Johnny again with that arrival! August 2020 - With all the international delays due to COVID, and local delays in building (due to COVID), the rest of our shipment just reached us. Transworld and their team worked with us through the extra four months, storing and organising until we were ready. Glynn, Johnny, and Philip, courteous and careful, got every box and piece of furniture right where we asked them to go ... even through soggy ground and difficult corners in buildings. THANK YOU to the whole team at Transworld!

Overall, very happy with Transworld experience. Most of the staff very helpful. Very little dramas making a smooth move back to New Zealand. Would recommend them.

Found the Young Fellas to be onto there work. Performance - 10 Punctuality - 10 Organisation - 10 Customer Service - 10 Overall, they were absolutely perfect, breaked after unloading, and then straight into doing what they obviously have aced and know...
