What an amazing team. Rusty, Hamish and Luther met me at my storage unit and they were machines. I went back to check if everything was out and found Hamish picking up packing tape just to make sure it was nice and tidy. They were careful with the piece of antique mahogany furniture, and and were very careful around my newly painted walls. But on top of that they managed to get my couch into my new apartment. I seriously thought I was off to buy a new lounge suite but with some smart moves they had it sorted. Definitely recommend Smart movers and if you can get this team you will be so lucky. Thanks guys

The last move I did a few years ago I experienced disinterested, slow uncaring movers that waited for me to bring a lot of furniture out to them. Hence i was concerned about my current move. However two young men arrived at time agreed. They were proactive, polite, fast but not negligent. They gave great customer service and worked very hard. The two guys who delivered my couch were smiling/ pleasant / strong /friendly young men who respected my property and belongings. They went the extra mile in the process of delivering my couch as its not an easy task lifting up a flight of stairs. Dave and the team at Smart express are amazing! I recently used their services for relocating items across Tauranga for a new business set up. Dave first took the time to view the items for relocation to accurately establish if the Smart express could meet my requirements - which they could. The development of the build for the business was delayed in areas, and access to the site required a Health and Safety Induction, the delivery times also changed due to site access difficulties etc. Dave and the team accommodated unforeseen changes with the delivery times, and worked with me to ensure the items arrived on time, and safely. I very highly recommend Smart Express if you are looking for a company that removes the stress and hassle from relocation. Thanks Team!
