Great customer service. Managed to fit me in with 24hours notice. Catherine was really helpful & the 2 movers were very friendly and great at their job. Top notch!!

We were desperate to land a removal company as our end of tenancy drew closer. I called and asked for a quote. Katherine (apologies if you're reading this and I've misspelled your name) was quite busy at the time so she suggested the following day for a quote. I was quite persistent and again, asked for a quote today. She said yes! Katherine arrived late but she actually rang ahead to lmk...👍10 points! Btw, Katherine was exhausted when she arrived. She'd just left a job. I felt sorry for her but Katherine, you're amazing! My partner and I went through the quote process with Katherine - choice! Done! Four guys and 2 trucks arrived some days later. The guys in charge came to meet us and assess everything. Only used the larger 🚚👍😁. Reversed down the driveway and they got stuck in. Within 1hr and a bit all of our gear was loaded in the truck and some on our car. We sussed out the plan going forward with the guys as the delivery point was 30-45mins away. Arrived at our new whare and the truck arrived soon after. We showed them the space and offloading commenced. Took about 30-45mins to unload our gear gg dudes awesome work 🤜🤛👍. We received the bill and were more than happy to pay for a service that exceeded our expectations. Use use use Kapiti Removals & Storage Ltd. Your customer service is something that many businesses don't have or provide these days so pat yourselves on the back brothers! You more than deserve my rating ✌️

What an absolute pleasure to work with them!! We had a crisis at the new house, and the Packing Team walked in on a house where nothing was packed, with half a day to pack. Catherine reorganised a few things and jumped in herself AND managed to calm me down. Shane and his team treated every bit of furniture with the greatest respect, and made sure it is placed exactly where we want it. Very friendly and efficient people to work with, will definitely use them again.

They moved us yesterday and I couldn't be happier. Awesome guys,really helpful, really, really, careful, and they even entertained my kids as they tried to 'help'! I defy anyone to find better house movers regardless of price. 3 guys made the process quick, smooth and painless. Even asked at the end of everything was in the right place before they left - (it was) Brilliant!

Excellent and professional moving service. My wife and I booked Kapiti Removals packers and movers on relatively short notice. Sue was great to deal with and helpful. The packers came on a Friday and the movers on Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon everything was moved and set up at the new place. Whole process went off without a hitch. Thank you Kapiti Removals!

Amazing service. Catherine was incredible and really went out of her way to fit in a last minute move. The two guys that came were on time, and took extra care with everything. Before they left, they asked if everything was in the right place and made sure I was happy. Could not fault them. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you!

Nearly 9 years ago Kapiti Storage moved a household of treasured furniture, belongings and all the other stuff families collect, into storage. We were so impressed with the attitude,respect and care the team took then, with our belongings that we booked them to shift it all again, this time to Foxton. We were amazed by the condition of the furniture. It had been stored so well that there wasn't even dent marks on the leather lounge suits. The team today were amazing, careful and lovely to deal with. We really appreciated their attitude and approach. Thank you to Kapiti Removals and Storage and we could not give them a higher recommendation.
