I am so grateful for Michelle's help in transporting our little Arlo from New Zealand to the States. She was helpful and informative from the start, even before we confirmed we'd like to use her services for the move. We really didn't think twice about anything we needed to do as Michelle made the process so simple and straightforward that we didn't have to worry about anything. She even brought round the airline crate early enough that we could being getting our little guy used to it as we hadn't crate trained him from the start. Our move was during one of the AKL lockdowns, so we had that bit of stress over our heads as well but you wouldn't have known it in our interactions with Michelle. She was so personable and warm and obviously loves animals so much that we were put at ease each time. She was so patient and kind as we said our goodbyes ahead of our departure flight. If you need help with pet transportation, please look no further than Elite Pet; Michelle will have it all in hand.

Michelle! Absolutely wonderful woman with a genuine passion and love for animals and ensuring their wellbeing is taken care of at all times. I just received my beautiful puppy in Bombay, Akl last Saturday from Elite Pet Services Michelle and she brought my baby from Thames all the way, on time and he was not stressed whatsoever. Michelle has been absolutely amazing in coordinating the transport of our new puppy from NZ to Australia. She took such good care of him, including welcoming him into her home for an overnight stopover and sending regular updates and photos. I was very fortunate to get hold of Michelle from Elite Pet Services. My dog was arriving in the middle of covid so we were unable to collect him ourselves from the cargo terminal. After being price gouged from another company I contacted Michelle at Elite and asked for her help. She was professional, caring and kept us in the loop the whole time. Fully recommend this company for the transport of your pets within NZ or overseas. They looked after our two cats from the beginning to the end of their journey from Napier to Brisbane. Michelle is an absolute legend! Our puppy was stuck up on the North Island after the covid lockdown. Michelle picked up our dog up in Northland and looked after him in Auckland at her house while we waited for his flight to be confirmed. She kept us up to date with the situation with regular phone calls and photos which was really reassuring. I can say enough good things. Would totally recommend! Thanks Michelle!!!

Michelle sent my cat from Hamilton NZ to Malaysia. Her service was excellent and personal and her communications clear. She made sure everything was in order and went out of her way to collect the cat, take him to the vet and sent updates, all for a very reasonable price. She has our top recommendation.

Very down to earth, friendly and puts your pets first. I had to make a last minute domestic booking for our pet during level 2 and there was a bit of mix up from air nz saying we cannot fly with pets. But Michelle has come up with the solution to have our wee family member travel with us. 10/10
