Easiest moving house we've ever had. So quick, efficient, and with a wonderful team. We had the big truck with a crew of 3. They were so careful with all our belongings, took great care with all the fragile items, and not a single thing got messed up. I was so impressed. Seeing how good they are eased so much anxiety about the moving process. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Aimee, along with two lovely young men, did a great job of moving my furniture and personal belongings last week from a 3rd floor apartment at the Mount, storing it all safely in their truck overnight, then delivering it to my new home in Tauranga the next morning! U-Pak helped take the stress out of my move and they were very professional. I'd happily recommend Aimee and her team if you're looking for help moving.

SERIOULSY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !! Clear, professional, prompt, communication right from the initial enquiry by email in regards to estimated times and costs, then contact on the day in regards to times, all the way through to the final bill. Aimee and her Team were punctual, respectful, careful (even checking if cars needed moving first), considerate, no muck around. In extremely wet conditions, nothing was a problem, from fully hooking up appliances ready to go, removing and reinstalling doors where required. I would definitely use them again.

Aimee, Hayden & the team were phenomenal. They turned up on time, they were amazingly careful with our items but still powered through the work so fast it astonished us. They were upbeat, positive & problem solved throughout the move so made a normally stressful day thoroughly enjoyable! After seeing firsthand another removal company in action I can safely say we hit the jackpot with Upak. You cannot do better in the BOP when it comes to moving house

Aimee and her team were outstanding with their services when I moved house recently. They were all very friendly, tidy & professional and helpful. They were careful with our possessions and not a thing was broken during the move. They went above and beyond with setting up the beds without even being asked to do so. They asked where I wanted things put and before they left asked if there was anything else I needed them to do even though they had another job to go to straight after mine. I would very highly recommend this company (and already have to many friends) and will definitely use them again if we need their services.
