Very Impressed with the whole operation. The three personnel were friendly, efficient and listened carefully to our needs. Probably the best home move I have ever experienced. Well done!

Great service from office and moving teams. I have used Allied Pickford on several occasions & appreciate the efforts made by the upload/offload teams to make moves as seamless as possible. Only one small breakage in three moves - excellent service.

Very efficient , on time, careful handling, pleasant fast working guys and at arrival extra man to unload, we are very satisfied. Slight problem with boxes arriving pre our move lucky Pak and Save was not to far away to collect empty boxes. We felt sorry for the movers.that the truck was not fitted with a lift .We would definitely recommend your company. Richard & Riet Jansen

We moved from one region to another, at the same time had to communicate with two companies offices. Really liked Napiers delivery team, very friendly! Everything was done carefully, proffesionally and furniture placed where we asked. After we unpacked our items, boxes and packing paper were collected from us to reuse/recycle.

They were brilliant!! Neat ,tidy, careful and extremely helpful. Great people, easy to deal with. I would recommend them and if we move again I would definitely use them again.

Found the service by Allied Moving services excellent. Communicated with me all steps of my relocation. From terms and conditions, a visit to offfer a quote to dates, times. Team work was efficient, labeling and listing an inventory. Loading of my household belongings was done safely ( I packed most of smaller items prior). Unloading by the team at my new address was methodically checked off against the inventory, and placed in the house, including connecting the white ware and reassembly of the bed. There was no damage or missing belongings. Especially as some items are of personal and historical value. Will recommend this Company to others. With thanks.

The two trucks turned up on time. The men were very efficient and polite and took good care of our contents. Only two breakages and that was from my bad packing! The free boxes were definitely beneficial and lots of them. Would definitely recommend the Tauranga team. All very helpful. Thanks

Very quick to organize a quote, the guys turned up on time and knew what they needed to do. They went out of their way to make it happen. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality reliable removal company. Wasnt the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They packed our belongings like they were their own. No damage at all and everything accounted for. Very friendly bunch of guys and very professional.

We used Allied Pickford Tauranga 18 months ago and based on the excellent experience we had, used them again for not only ourselves but also the in laws and they did another 2 excellent jobs! Can't rave enough about the team. Those are some pretty amazing hard working boys. A bit of a mishap with admin however this was quickly sorted. Will definitely use again!

Sadly only a 3 here guys. The packers and movers themselves were awesome, I could not fault them at all. If it wasn’t for them the rating would only be a 1 or 2 at most. Unfortunately they and myself were let down by management who didn’t supply them enough trucks to load all of our belongings and tried to make it my problem to collect the rest of our pot plants (some very large and heavy) which ended up taking up almost an entire large truck on their own. They were eventually collected and delivered 4 days later having left them in the driveway of the old house and in the way of the new owner who wasn’t too pleased. For the price that I paid I expected it to be seamless but sadly they made a stressful time of our lives even more stressful.

The whole shifting experience worked well, given the problems with Covid19 preventing our first attempt to shift houses. The two teams who did the pre-packing and shift were great and easy to work with. There were four items of small damage that occurred, none of great significance: 1. chipping of the corner of a skirting board in our old house 2. broken liqueur glass 3. broken ornament 4. broken decorative plate All the last three were packed by Allied Pickford staff, with damage occurring in later handling. Will not be claiming on insurance. Thanks to Todd for resetting our date for the shift once we went into level 3 and keeping us informed. Brian and Viv Pointon, 27 Orange Lane, Bethlehem, TGA

Super-efficient, and great job done! We moved across Tauranga and engaged Allied Pickfords to carry out the job for us. Can’t say enough for the great help the guys provided, they turn a stressful job into a piece of cake. I donned the boots and work clothes expecting a busy day, but these guys took care of everything. The guys have been there and done that. They knew how to handle the goods, and had a sixth sense of where everything should go. They treated everything like their own, and no request was a problem for them to carry out. A great professional team who are reliable and trustworthy, I would highly recommend Allied Pickfords Tauranga to anyone moving house.

We used Allied Pickfords Tauranga for our move out to Whakamarama and found their service excellent. We were really impressed by the professionalism of the company and the workmanship of the guys on the truck - they were extremely careful with our boxes/furniture and went out of their way to make sure everything was put in the right place. I would definitely recommend them.
