My mum decided she wanted to move from NZ to Australia last year to be near family. While I was there on holiday we got a few quotes for removalist. Transworld were fantastic and easy to talk to. Aaron made mum feel at ease with the process and everything was clear and easy to follow. The crew from Transworld packed up mums house and kept us informed of what was going on during the process. When her contents arrived in Australia we were informed and given contact numbers and names of who to contact. The whole process was clear and all too easy. I highly recommend using Transworld for moving from NZ to Australia. Thanks to Aaron and team. Happy customers right here!

Every single person we dealt with at Transworld were professional, caring and meticulous. I had something of a personal crisis mid shipping and the staff went out of their way to get us through the paperwork and process. My dear old Dad received the shipment and the driver and unloading team were so friendly and respectful. We would definitely highly recommend dealing with this fantastic company.

Gathering quotes and information for an upcoming move across the country for a house lot, Mike from Transworld Tauranga came up as one of my most preferred companies to deal with. His professionalism and excellent communication made him top of our list to relocate our worldly belongings. His friendly but smart business ethics was a breath of fresh air. Some companies we contacted weren't very forthcoming with information and others would not even respond to emails and calls. GOOD JOB TO MIKE AND HIS TEAM AT TRANSWORLD! A safe and friendly company to deal with here folks.

Really rate the team that came to help us pack our house up - Made moving easy - from the paperwork to helping pack up our house. I had to move our belongings to Australia. We are in a small town miles from anywhere. The team arrived on time and got straight to work. They packed items and made sure the boxes we'd packed were good for travel and would repack if needed. Secured bulky and difficult / fragile items with professional know how. A big thank you.

23/03/2022 Transworld arrived on time, worked systematically, carefully and quickly. The boys were amiable, cheerful and business like, Karen, in the office is one of the most helpful, considerate people I have had anything to do with. Hope the other end is as good.

We had a complicated move from the outset with no knowledge of when, where or how we were going to move. Things changed and dates moved, complications arose and we changed our minds. In other words, we were challenging customers. None of our requests were met with hesitation but instead with a problem solving attitude and positive thinking. We really felt as though we had been looked after and even when I had constantly missed bits and pieces in the paperwork, the patience I received really helped reduce the stress of the complicated move. The price was also better than some companies. Although it wasn’t the cheapest quote, the level of detail that came through demonstrated they knew what they were doing and had a wealth of experience. I know that this helped us through the challenges and highly recommend using Transworld for all the reasons mentioned above.

Hi Aaron. A Transworld team of four came to collect my household goods at my location in Auckland on Friday 28th Jan while another team offloaded the goods down in Reporoa on Tuesday 1st Feb. Both teams were very friendly and polite and went out of their way to accommodate me. Its been a very long time since I have had such excellent service. Totally professional operation, brilliant communication, worked seamlessly with OSS Brisbane, Australia. Karen, Trevor, Andy and the men were all great. Our treasured car was looked after like the prized possession it is, as was all our household goods. Andy and the men were on time today with the delivery they were polite, professional and extremely dedicated to delivering our shipment without any issue. Aaron, Karen and the team at Tauranga are fantastic to deal with. We are already living overseas so the goods were order online, and delivered to the depot. The team then received the goods, kept a though inventory and advised us of any problems. They provided great communication, were flexible and helpful. They made a difficult process easy and dealt well with a demanding stressed person at the other end lol. This is the second time we have used their services, we highly recommend.

Great professional team came and packed up our furniture. Our property was a difficult one so they had to use a smaller truck to ferry goods up the drive to the larger truck but the packed us after wrapping the furniture in a single day! No complaints and a good friendly professional team. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering an international move (or even local).

Transworld shipped my stuff from Holland to New Zealand. Everything got delivered in one piece, and was clearly treated well during the whole trip (no damages whatsoever - not even to the cardboard boxes). The service I got from Transworld was really good - quick responses to my emails/questions. The pickup and delivery guys were really nice and knew what they were doing. There was some confusion during the quotation phase, but once that was cleared up, everything went very smooth. I had part of my stuff (which I needed quickly) shipped by DHL, and they lost 30% of my shipment and delivered 70% too late! So next time, I will ship everything with Transworld! Far more trustworthy, far better value for money, and if you have a question, they actually answer you. Great!

The Transworld process has been great. Friendly and efficient packers supported by thorough, thoughtful and attentive back-office administration. Coped well with twists and turns along the way. The final steps will come in 12 weeks when the container arrives, but so far the process has been faultless.

Was very pleased with the service provided. The Tauranga staff were always helpful and the packing for the international move was to a high standard. The receiving country also were happy with the standard provided. We would use TW again if necessary.

First class, personal service! When I was looking for a removals company to move my possessions from my house in France to my new home in NZ, I wanted a local company with worldwide reach and that's what I got with Transworld. When I called the "local" number for one of the world's best-know removals companies I found myself talking to someone in Melbourne! Mostly I have dealt with just one person, Karen Hawker, in the Tauranga office. It has felt like I have had my own personal removalist. she has always been helpful, polite and friendly. On top of that, Transworld's agents in France, AGS, were top notch. The agent who met my friends in France to assess what was to be moved spoke English and the packing by the AGS personnel was excellent. The ship docked in Tauranga on the Tuesday and on Wednesday morning, the next day, my container arrived at my house. Josh, the delivery man was both personable and filled with boundless energy so all cartons and crates were put where I wanted them! My only "gripe" was that my container missed the original sailing date from France because of widespread strike action there! That cost me more money but doesn't really detract from the excellent service from Transworld as the French unions are beyond anyone's understanding or control! Regards, Martin Pooley

We contracted OSS World Wide to move our household furniture from Hope Island in Queensland to Whakatane and from the Australian end they were fantastic. he NZ end was managed by Transworld International who cleared our furniture through customs and MAF in Tauranga and delivered it to Whakatane. We were kept informed and up to date of the clearances and delivery date by Parvinder.Josh and Andy arrived on time and were very cooperative and courteous. They packed of our goods into storage in a very professional and efficient manner with no damage, we were impressed. Having done over 12 shifts in my life I am happy to claim that they are the best in their field and made the relocation back to NZ an enjoyable and seamless relocation. Transworld International gave great customer service and they exceeded our expectations.
