Had 3 boys turn up in the truck bang on time, friendly, chatty and very professional. Attentive to the things that needed shifted had everything done in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if needed.

I was quite impressed with the excellent service that was provided to me by Hanson Removals. They were professional and knew exactly what to do. None of my belongings were damaged, whilst they worked at their efficient pace to get things moved as quickly as possible. All staff were friendly whilst being professional. Would definitely recommend their services.

My partner and I bought our first house recently, and we contacted Hanson Removals to help with shifting from one place to the next - normally we'd do it ourselves as we had in the past, but with all the things we've accumulated over the years, it was time to consult with pros. Absolutely nothing was a bother to the team that arrived with their truck. We had a decent number of things to pack up (including a piano!) but they literally had the truck full within an hour, and took it into the new house. What would have been an entire weekend of shifting they accomplished in the span of an early morning - while being very friendly and professional throughout. It took a literal weight off our shoulders after going through the stress of buying during a pandemic. Cannot recommend them enough!

Thank you Hanson’s Transport for saving the day when another company let us down. Your Receptionist went the extra mile for us and took the stress out of the situation . The staff that delivered our furniture were efficient and friendly considering our couches were overly heavy! I would recommend this Company to anyone looking for efficient and professional service .

I contacted Hanson Removals in somewhat of a panic, as the provider I had arranged failed to respond with the final arrangements relating to our shift - my confidence was very low, and anxiety was high! Despite contacting Hansons through their website on a 'contact' form on a Sunday, I heard back that same day. Even better was that they were familiar with what was required in relation to our particular circumstances (relocation of household possessions from a retirement village with a rather niggly multi-story building). From confirming on the Sunday, the shift took place on the Tuesday, at the precise time they committed to. Top notch communication, and great service. We're just really sorry they had to carry a lounge suite down eight flights of stairs!! Thanks team, we were rapt with your service.

We used Hanson's Removals for packing up our old house and placing into storage and then months later for removing from storage and placing into our new home. The attention to detail when wrapping and removing was spot on - no breakages or damage. The move into the new place was quite tricky as it was tight access but they worked tirelessly for hours trying different methods to install the large pieces. They never gave up. Everything was placed well and in good condition. They were professional and courteous at all times. We could have not hoped for better service or nicer people to complete our move for us. Would have no hesitation in recommending Hansons for anyone planning a move. They're the best!! Thank you Richard, Kelvin and Fiona. 👍😄

Hanson Removals did a great job picking up the Edwardian Organ from Sawyers Bay and delivering it to North Dunedin. I thought the price was a little high to bring the item from Sawyer's Bay to North Dunedin. However, they did allow me to split the cost over four pays. Thankyou for that and the good service.
