These guys were great to deal with! Professional, friendly, and quick. They navigated the difficulty of the Wellington houses and roads with ease. I will definitely be hiring them again when we move. Special shout out to Shaun who was super friendly and great to deal with.

The super efficient team from Cool Moves made my relocation super easy. Friendly guys, very professional and careful. Managed to pack the truck for one load and unpacked with ease at the other end. Very adept at twisting and turning furniture through the usual Wellington eclectic architecture, right angles and steps =) Arrived right on time. Great having real professionals working on the job - certainly made my life easier.

I contacted Cool Moves at 9am for an urgent job, and they had a team to me within 3 hours. They were extremely efficient, and also really friendly to talk to while they worked. I was really impressed!

Very good moving company. The 3 x guys who moved us back into our house were excellent. They were very efficient and just got stuck in and got the job done very fast. The South African guy at the company is very friendly and helpful too, not so much the other guy Steve

The two guys sent out were absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, efficient and careful, especially considering the not-so-ideal property access. They made the whole moving process totally seamless, which was greatly appreciated. HIGHLY recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Cool Moves, probably right in the middle of their peak moving time! The team were friendly and fast, and moved a three bedroom house from Hataitai to Ngaio in exactly 2 hours. Everything was cared for and the guys even navigated some pesky stairs inside the new house! Thanks cool moves, will definitely use again

These guys were so amazing! Our movers cancelled on the day of our move and luckily Cool Moves came to our rescue at very late notice despite being fully booked themselves! They were also incredibly efficient, friendly and professional. They took great care of our belongings and worked so quickly. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Definitely recommend. Excellent communication throughout. I filled out the online form and had the date and time confirmed via email on the same day. They also said they would call 30 minutes before arrival which they did. The guys were great, super friendly and fast. Thanks for a stress free moving day.

The three guys who came to do my move were friendly, careful with my belongings, and worked swiftly. They also had good banter! Made moving day a breeze. Highly recommend.

Best movers I’ve ever dealt with. Arrived almost at the start of the moving window, packed up our house quickly and got us settled in the new place all within 2 hours. Great crew, 5 stars!

The three men that came to move us were great. The two guys who were loading the truck were incredibly strong!! They were friendly and polite without wasting time. Our belongings were appropriately secured by the truck driver and packer. We have moved a number of times over the past few years and have never used the same movers. These are the only ones I would recommend. Think these guys should get a pay increase.

These guys came highly recommended, and I can see why. Courteous to the point of genuine friendliness, and very very capable. Space was an issue for us, and where a competitor managed to barely get our stuff into a 40' container, these guys managed 20' with a little manageable overflow. Masters of Tetris! Thoroughly recommended.

Very efficient, friendly team who arrived at the earliest opportunity in the expected time frame. Update: Moved again recently (about 7 months after the above comment) and went with Cool Moves again because of their awesome service, they booked me in with minimal notice which I was incredibly grateful for. Still blown away with their efficiency and attitude. The team arrived at the earliest opportunity yet again and did an amazing job. Appreciate the service and highly recommend these guys! Update 2: another year or so later... If you get dumped ruthlessly on Boxing Day and need some friendly, fast and efficient movers who will help you pick up the pieces of a destroyed relationship with an hour's notice these guys will double duty and offer sage advice and a healthy dose of humour. Appreciate the great attitude, hard work and free therapy - at the end of the day the only thing that was broken was my heart haha. Fabulous team - cheers for being such champs and a quick, stress free move.

I had called everyone in town for a small job that was problematic because of time and resources. These guys were the only ones to listen and finally accept the job. They are very professional, fair and simply amazing for being flexible and for listening to their customers. I strongly recommend them for your moving and storage needs. If you communicate your needs, they will listen and accommodate them. Thank you for the great service provided.

Excellent service from a really friendly team. Called on Thursday and had them booked in for Monday morning. They worked fast and efficiently and had a three bedroom house loaded and moved in under two hours. Will definitely be using them next time!

Really friendly and easy to work with, the guys were super hard-working and efficient, got everything done in no time. Made moving day low-stress! Would recommend them to anyone :)

These guys were absolute legends. I lived down a hill, several long sets of steps and walking paths away from where they could park the truck. I hired a double team to move my stuff up the hill, cuz it would have pretty much mortally wounded just 3 of them. Oh, and, I have a baby grand piano. I don't know how they have that much endurance, they were like machines! Then, I let 3 of them go since I was moving to a nice flat easy access spot. In Carterton. Cuz in Wairarapa you can still buy a house. But it's lovely and all is well thanks to them. I was pretty stressed beforehand cuz of a few bad experiences... but these guys.... yeah, legends. I'm even going to name names: Boyd, Sean, Te Ru, Meka, Vena and Rick. Seriously well done! :-) :-) :-)

Have had storage with the origional Cool Moves for the last three years and they were a great company. Nothing was too big a problem. This company has recently been bought but still has the same name and the same personal service. Well done Cool Moves. I would totally recommend.

Perfectly happy with these guys. They were quick to accommodate a last minute move as they had a cancellation and the boys were very efficient and on their toes to finish the job. Christy and Jacky did a very good job, careful, quick, friendly and efficient. Nice one guys.

Big shout out to my team from Cool Moves, who were so darn fast, better than on time, polite and helpful, down to "how about here for the sofa, then the sideboard could go here ..." Plus, the team were available 4 days after I called them, in early January to boot! Thanks guys! Beers are on me :-)

Used coolmoves for moving out of my old apartment to my new house. I got the 2 ppl +truck combo and the job was done under an hour. Guys were careful but efficient.

Awesome crew, friendly and strong! Did so well with 28 stairs at one end and an uphill zig-zag-zig-zag at the other. And amazing tetris packing of a three bedroom house full of stuff into one truck load. Thanks!

Showed up on time, worked hard, non stop the whole time they were on the clock. Job was bigger than they were expecting but they still finished it faster than estimated. Really friendly guys too, good banter.
