Carla was fantastic with helping arrange the pets crates and helping put our minds at ease with the travel of our 3 pets. Carla transported our little kittens with a Waitangi Day pick up. Despite being a public holiday she made it all happen with such efficiency and ease. Carla was amazing to deal with in our recent move from Queenstown to Auckland. We had seven cats to move and Carla kept us well informed throughout the process. As you can appreciate moving house across country is a stressful process, but when it came to moving the cats, the stress was eliminated and we knew exactly what we needed to do in order to safely move our cats in terms of cage requirements and being prepared for our journey.
