D.New and looks great. Just insanely short luge track. Perhaps meant for younger ones? Was $30 for 3 rides. Very brief thrill. Waiting for the cute Thomas the Tank Engine ride up the hill was probably more of a highlight.
J.Luge ride a little short, but they plan to do more, still fun. Very good set up . Miniputt awesome. Cafe EXCELLENT. Fantastic layout. With big chess and draught game to play as other activities to fill in your time. Not forgetting Thomas the Tank engine ride😁

J.I am not a car enthusiast but I like Museums so I went along. I was surprised to enjoy the visit. Seeing the cars that we no longer see on the roads made me nostalgic for times past. I also enjoyed looking at the memorabilia - the books, the signs, the photos of car racing personalities. The signage with each car is good. Manequins beside the cars display clothing and accessories of the time. No photos are allowed in the Museum for security. On the same site is a spectacular mini-golf course with separate $15 entry fee. The views across the area are great. A cafe with the Holden theme enables one to sit and consolidate what one has seen. A cartoon helicopter ride will entice the kiddies.
B.Amazing collection of Holdens 1948 through to last production model plus a number of specials. Loved the old M.o.T car, plus all the others, collectibles and memorabilia.Good gift shop too.
A must for all car fans.

S.My daughter and I went to the mini putt and had an absolute blast!!! We finished up with coffee and hot chocolate at the cafe ☕💁♀️😎 we will definitely be back, I recommend this for anyone! Couples, friends, kids, family... Everyone!
N.Good place for an outing. Kids would love it. Miniput was fun but some holes were ridiculously challenging which reached the point of frustrating. Still worth checking out though
M.Nice, well-maintained mini-golf. Didn't visit the museum or go on the luge. Kiosk also sells iceblocks which was nice to have on a hot day.
D.This is a must visit if you are in town. What a great attraction. There is an amazing car collection. Unfortunately it was raining but that just means we are coming back to do the luge and mini put. Very impressed and the hospitality was second to none. Definitely going back.

D.We didn't visit the museum, only the mini golf but that was great fun. Only $15 per adult and the holes offer a good challenge. Friendly staff and well maintained. Worth a trip to even if you're not a car person.
R.Great place, luge only last all of 30 seconds but still fun. Price is a little steep for what it is but that covers the equipment and staff so it is what it is.
Downfall was that we had to wait 45 mins for a takeaway order of fries and wedges. There was a large corporate group that they were also catering for but I was advised that fries and wedges orders were not affected hence our order, but still a crazy wait.
H.Came here in early 2018 growing up in a all holden family and growing up and seeing my fathers new commodore made this plave pretty special as there is a variety for everyone from the earliest models to the latest models the owners were very friendly and was a real pleasure to visit.
D.Museum is every Holden fans mecca. Brilliant display and presentation, owners available and knowledge just adds to the tour.

C.Went on the new luge this weekend, personally it doesn't live up to the hype, the ride was much shorter than other luge locations so we were slightly disappointed. There is no signage at all, we didn't know where we were supposed to go, where we were supposed to stand and wait or what to do, the staff weren't very helpful and got frustrated with us for not knowing. Overall it was average and felt a little unprofessional. It was good to experience though.
A.What an amazing experience was well set up cant wait for the Luge to get up and running and will try that on next visit cause will definitely go again as also need to look through the Museum

a.Mini golf was very good. A slightly more complex grade of course that could easily suffer from congestion on a busy day. We were lucky and we had the course to ourselves.
My only criticism would be of the surly young chap who served us. Cheer up pal, life could be worse.

I.Top Notch place. A Fantastic Preservation and Selection of Holden Cars from past to present. Some Legendary last of the Performance Cars here. Superb.
N.We hired the venue for an engagement party on a Saturday night.
Venue: large deck with panoramic views, a clear beautiful night and we could see all the way to the chimney and Paratutu, along with a beautiful sunset.
We also had the use of inside the cafe. We were able to get into the venue as soon as it closed and decorate. The Mini Putt was available if we wanted to play at cost. The whole area was really lovely.
Food: a lovely array of food catered for by the cafe staff. The food was plentiful tasty and fresh.
Staff: they were obliging and very helpful. Nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend for a function. We had a lovely night thank you everyone involved.

R.Visited the Holden Museum and met owners Steve and Joy. They looked after me so well! Great collection of cars from many eras of Holden, all immaculately presented with heaps of info about their history. Lots of other stuff to see too.
There’s a good cafe on site too, and a bar! Steve the owner is clearly helping me to keep the Scottish economy afloat with his display of malt whiskies.
They plan to open the luge feature soon so I’ll be back to check up on them both. Wonderful place to take the kids, satisfy your classic car hunger, and grab a coffee. Don’t miss this one when you are visiting New Plymouth.

R.For adrenaline junkies, this is not the place for you. The luge was short but fun especially if you have small children as the luge comes with a short train ride to go uphill.

Q.Something is off with the scoring of the mini-golf as my girlfriend beat me, but the Bathurst/motorsport themed holes were a treat and we'll be back for sure.

E.Really impressive mini golf course, well maintained. We visited with our 7 month old and had a picnic lunch at the top of the course. Went through the museum as well and what an impressive collection of Holden vehicles old and new. Took the push chair through the museum which had plenty of room for it. Plenty of parking available on gravel car park. Highly recommended attraction in New Plymouth and gave us the feeling of being on holiday in our home town.

A.The museum was absolutely amazing. Really well displayed, with so much history relating to each car on show. There are motor bike too. Also has lots of items to buy e.g. Caps, vests, beer holders etc. Has a licensed bar to if you want to purchase a drink. Mini golf is really well set out. Also has a cafe and train rides
B.The minigolf is fun though some of the par numbers seem a bit off... The cafe is definitely worth a stop too. And if you like Holdens then you MUST visit the museum!

M.We took our kids up for a game of mini putt over the christmas holidays this year and had an awesome time. Without doubt the best mini putt course we've ever seen and ever played on. The course is well set up and the views are amazing over the country side. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We also had lunch at the cafe on top of the course and was of excellent quality. Looking forward to trying the restaurant once its opened and we're back in Taranaki. If you're in Taranaki I would highly recommend you spend an afternoon here
M.I'm not a Holden fan by any means but if like cars then u have to visit this place, awesome morning out and some fantastic Holden vehicles, with classics of literally each model of Holden vehicles through the years. An absolute gem of a place. Do yourself a favour and visit! Plus after u can go play minigolf, and the price was very reasonable too. Check out their website..
G.Great collection of late model Commodores but Holden had a much richer history in the earlier models than the latest mass produced units. No early SS/group A Commy's and expected a VL SS and Walkinshaw to be part of the collection. However still an awesome collection
Luge track looks to be a great attraction (not going yet) mini golf was packed so passed on that but course definitely well laid out.

F.Great place but just think the mini putt is way to expensive. Could understand if it was 20 for the musuem and mini putt. Maybe could look at a package deal. Was guttered to find the musuem is only open on weekends despite Google saying it was open on Wednesday. All in all nice place and nice people with a passion for everything holden!.

A.You can't miss this place, it stands out as you make your approach and there's plenty of parking. If you like really shiny Holdens, this is the place for you. There are some rather interesting mannequins placed among some of Australasia's icons of motoring history. Most of these cars + utes are the road going variety. There is also a mini put that we didn't partake in. Everything here is ammaculate.
