D.Handy to town. Nice views from some sides of the building. Didn't have any issues with the multi times I stayed there while I was having my test and surgery in Auckland hospital.
a.Everything is fine except car park is scary, the entrance for basement car park is a bit narrow and there is no reflection mirror for coming out from the Carpark. Chur
K.Lovely place. Very comfortable..2 bedrooms... Clean. Lovely view from big windows..has a balcony for 11B ... No fans . WiFi is available..microwave, TV, fridge, hairdryer, iron box, extra blankets , plates , glasses .... Neat!! . We dint have complimentary breakfast with our package ,no variety for breakfast... Laundry self service . Have paid parking for rental cars if you are driving ... Nice staff . Overall ..good stay .
M.Hard to find hotel on a tiny side street next to the cemeteries. Also hard to park with larger vehicle but there is underground parking if your car is smaller. Location is terrific for walking around downtown Auckland and there are many restaurants down the block.
Nice one bedroom suite with two sliders for outside deck access. No view from ours though being able to get fresh air was nice. There were two sofa beds in our unit. The kitchen was surprisingly large with good appliances. This would be a great spot for an extended stay. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was smaller but worked fine and had a towel warmer.
M.Pros: walkable distance to City. Clean apartments w good size beds. Kitchen laundry facilities. Excellent Gym across the street.
Cons: beside a small cemetery. The carpark is narrow, steep, dark and resembles a dungeon. Pool is the size of my bathtub (literally).
Pricing is good. Not too much to complain.
L.Stayed here for a family trip to Auckland. Friendly helpful staff. Fairly clean comfortable rooms had a balcony but views weren't great. Was a bit far to walk in to town with my two young daughters. Saying that there is a bus stop right outside which we found we were close to most bus routes back to hotel. Has a pool but quite deep for young kids but my girls still had fun.
K.Our stay was lovely! Our room was spacious with very nice decor. Everything was in excellent working order and our room was very clean. It was quiet, too, and we had a nice view. There were numerous restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, which was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again.
K.A good place to stay for families or when staying for a longer periode of time. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Sometimes noisy in the corridors in the evening. Basic continental breakfast is available. Rooms have fridge and freezer and small kitchen. One can do is own laundry in the available laundry Machines at levels B1.
D.The hotel was secure with key card access. Unfortunately however there was no room safe. This street access is impossible for anyone with any form of ambulant disability.it is also impossible to get a park if you hire a car. There is a ridiculous car park underneath the hotel but do not go for this option as you cannot access the driveway through the very tight angle. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The couch in our room was a death trap. My son jumped on the couch to relax and hit his back on a piece of wood that was exposed along the bottom where there was no padding. The hotel was comfortable but just OK. It's getting a bit tired in the bathroom with bugs and toilet roll holder falling falling off, and plastic delamination off the shower base cover for the water trap.so the hotel is fine to stay at and you will have an OK stay. It is reasonably convenient but you've got a walk down very steep Hill if you want to go down to Queen Street. The staff were friendly and good about night access for a late arrival.
J.Staff is great. I thought the rooms felt cheap. Appliances were nice but the TV was old. They have a washer in the room but you have to take your clothes to the basement to dry. The breakfast is bad but the breakfast attendant was great. In short, great people, ok room, skip breakfast.
H.It is convenience to cook food for owing kitchen and good location for taking a bus. But the room cleaning is not well. (Dirty towels left on the floor by housekeeping and emty box such as disposable shower cap)/Lighten breakfast/Friendly receptionist.

D.I was booked in here for my recent stay in Auckland. While the room was reasonable It's cleanliness left something to be desired.
The fact the the last guests shoes were still in my room was interesting to say the least. Overall the room was a little tired and well used, the sofa was not a comfortable place to relax.
It's location isn't the best either due to noise levels (was on the 10th floor) but good if your walking around town or the museum etc. Over all if I was paying I'd not stay here again.
M.Practical, clean and quiet. We stayed one night in December 2019 in a 2 bedroom appartment on the 6th floor. One of the bedrooms had no real access to fresh or cold AC air. Breakfast is simple but tasty.
J.Clean and not overly cramped but the wifi was hit and miss and the parking garage was very tricky. We parked three floors underground with some tight spirals, and my wife refused to drive in or out, so make sure you’re a confident driver. Some other minor issues like a broken light in our bedroom and faulty traffic light in the parking dungeon. Would consider staying again because the price was great.
A.The location is perfect! The apartment we stayed in looked spottles, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing that it's a small minus to this building is the parking. The drive to the parking underneath the building is very steep, the pavement is uneven and the parking is really tight. But the good thing is that free parking is provided and you don't have to leave the car in the street. I would take half of a star for that.
A.The rooms are nice and spacious and the front desk staff is very helpful, but there are a couple issues. First, the rooms and hallways are very very stuffy and warm even though both nights we were there it was quite cool out. Also the wifi failed repeatedly and required multiple trips back to the front desk to get new codes. Not a huge deal but kind of annoying.
C.Excellent location, walk across the street to K-Road. Stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with views of the city had all the necessities. Parking is an extra $30 per night onsite and you could only fit a tiny car, we had to park next door at Wilson's. And make sure you have a credit card aswell we didnt and had to give a extra $250 for bond.. which I got refunded back in a couple days, but it did stress me out a bit as I that had to come out of my spending money which sucks.
A.We bought the room for 4 nights. Its fairly tight fit for 2 adults and 2 kids. The whole place smells a little off. There is an exposed drain pipe thaat smells the walls are very thin. So you can hear other people going toilet. The carpark is very tiny and can easily have an accident if your not a very good driver. Apart from that its in a great location to the freeway local shops nightclubs bars restaurant's. The service is very good nothing but high praise for the front desk they are very helpful.
C.Great place to stay. I booked via Expedia and it was exactly as described. We had a family apartment on the 14th floor with two bedrooms and great views over Auckland. We didn't have a chance to check out all the facilities, although parking was fine (at an additional cost), so this is an apartment only review. Check in and out were quick and easy, just what we needed after a long flight.
L.Rooms are good, service is good, value for money pretty sharp given it is right in the city, however, bundled breakfast was quite a poor attempt... toast and cereal, nothing cooked, and an instant coffee machine. Walk across the road to the Cordis and get an amazing top class breakfast buffet.
L.Not easily accessible! Carpark entrance awful & also expensive. No pull in areas when checking in. Our car became stuck halfway out the exit, wheels spinning on wet step ramp. Nice room, clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Husband didnt realise there was no air con when booking so in the summer only having fans was rough! The pool was very deep, not family friendly.
C.Our 20pax group stayed here 2-4 days in Dec 2017. The rooms are ok, apartments equipped with kitchen and cooking set. High floors are nice view. Parking is too narrow, beginning drivers will have really difficulty to drive down to the car park. I think $25/night/car is quite expensive. Internet is said "free" but provided only 500M/room/day.
K.Just a room, nothing special. Clean. That car park is a nightmare with anything bigger than a Suzuki Swift... can do a lot better for the money. Location was ok for what we wanted to do locally.
J.Located outside of the cbd area. Right next to an ancient graveyard. Parking is tight. Ramp to the parking is very steep and weirdly angled to one side. Elevators are painful to use when everyone is checking out. Long slow queues for checkout. Rooms are spacious and the living and dining area is comfy too.
B.Generally speaking, it's a great place to stay at. It is near a cemetery though, so it depends whether you're comfortable with that. Services and facilities are nice and complete. I didn't get to check the breakfast spot and pool—but those exist. Definitely would stay here again, although not the best.
K.Decent place to stay, nice clean apartment. Avoid taking an apartment on the lower floors as it could be noisy at times even though the street itself is usually quiet. Another thing which could be a big deal for some would be that the fact that this property is front of a cemetery.

J.Excellent value for money, two bedroom apartment, sleeps four $155 a night. Impressed by the cleanliness, kitchenettes are well equipped, as are bedrooms, bag trays, hangers etc. Staff are efficient, friendly and helpful, location is great, ten min walk to Aotea square. Heater for pool is broken, my only moan.
S.To get too and from the main doors you have to climb stairs and the main lobby is very small. However the apartment was very nice and comfortable. Sadly ours lacked a dryer but did have a washer.
J.Looking at the apartment from the street i was a bit sceptical about it but my thoughts completely changed when i stepped into the room. Even though I was only on the 6th floor the views were still good. The room was clean and the kitchen is full equipped. A few notes are that the underground carpark is small and cramped, and by looking at markings on the wall, many other drivers weren't as lucky. It is also located across the road from a cemetery, and the cleaners don't clean your room everyday. Overall happy with the apartment.
B.Nice place to stay we had a two bedroom plus apartment on the 17th floor over looking the bay. Room was nice and clean. We booked a room with a king and queen but got a queen and two singles wich worked better but wasnt what we booked. No parking at the place for big vehicles but theres a wilsons car park around the corner wich isnt to bad if u buy the early bird and night tikets with the pay mate app. Overall was a good stay checking in and out was easy.

Negative: lifts were very slow and irregular - especially to the top few levels. Wi-Fi was difficult (500mg per room per day and had to get a new password every day)
R.It was a nice place. The room was clean and the shower was great. What put me off was the receptionist who seemed to not want to help at all. I would assume they get a lot of international guests who dont speak the best english, but he had no patience at all when we checked in. Also if noise disturbs you at night, its probably better to find a place somewhere else. It is literally surrounded by main roads.
R.Staff was amazingly helpful and professional. Had an issue with the lost key but dealt with professionally. Highly recommend if you are visiting Auckland to stay at this amazing place
S.It is a nice service apartment in Auckland city, although its location makes the interior of this hotel much congested, especially the lifts. You need to wait for a long time. And the stairs for emergency evacuation is pathetic. Otherwise, this apartment hotel is good with cordial staff.
H.Located just off the top end of Queen Street with views over Starship Hospital and the Domain. The rooms are well presented and maintained. The bedding was clean and fresh. The bathroom was large with all the hot water you could ask for. The carpark was a tight fit to get into for our SUV but it did fit. The reception was smaaill with vending machines available for food. A short walk to the Aotea Center and the Civic. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.
K.This isn't in the very centre, but still very much within walking distance. The airport transfer bus has a stop within 5 mins of walk from the building, too. The facilities and furniture could be newer, but the cleanliness, spaciousness, and the excellent service made up for all of that.
K.No affordable parking available, no spa or sauna facilities. Limited Wi-Fi, minimal TV channel selections. However affordable apartments with an average view if you get right room. Should consider supplying not coffee, sugar and milk satchets

B.Beautiful quality apartments. Always busy, staff are fantastic and friendly. Rooms are spotless, beds comfy . Close to everything you need public transport, restaurants, bars and clubs. Lots of shops walk to krd or bus to Queen St.
L.Apartment was lovely and spacious. However Television was not working and nor was the kettle. Had to call twice to get a replacement kettle. Other than stay was a good one.
H.We had a very comfortable stay at the Waldorf St Martins apartments. We stayed three nights and found the room to be clean and spacious; the shower had excellent pressure and was hot. The kitchenette was well set up with a refrigerator, microwave, oven and two hot plate burners. The breakfast the hotel offered was ample but fairly basic; there weren't any cooked options. The included internet was good but the fact that they changed the WiFi access code at midnight every day was a touch annoying. Well located and quite modern, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Waldorf St Martins.
R.Nice hotel. Good central-ish location. Swimming pool wasnt very clean. The two bedroom apartment was clean & spacious with great views of Spaghetti junction (though not noisy at all) & nearby park/ old cemetary.

T.Nice enough but not what I expected for the price. Smoking area right at the entrance made for a smelly first impression. Late night check in staff were completely overwhelmed by a small technical difficulty. Some alliances and lights in the apartment were broken. Great location though.
A.Booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms. One king bed super big. Fully equipped kitchen. Windows dont open wide.
One downside is parking. The apartment can afford few cars for parking(with charges), and there arent many parking spaces nearby. The staff gives u a paper with 3~4 paid parking lots but expensive.
If ure here on weekends, cross the grafton bridge and u will see many FREE parking spaces near the hospital.
If its weekdays... im afraid ull have to pay at least 20 dollars per day
S.Neat and tidy place. However, be careful when it comes to settling your final bill as they will cunningly add extra. We were told to pay approximately $600 when everything was paid prior because they couldn't find our proof of payment. I stood my ground when checking out and finally they agreed that I didnt owe them anything. Their basement carpark is shocking!! People damaged their vehicles every other day while driving in and out of basement. If you have a big truck then this place is not suitable at all.
Y.This hotel neither blew my socks off or was a terrible experience. The staff is very friendly and rooms are comfortable as well. However, the best paid wifi option is still slow, the limited paid parking is a hassle for larger cars, and the breakfast is lacking. The pros and cons cancel each other out

M.Serviced apartments on edge of Auckland city, near the University precent. It's ok.
It has all the essentials from a serviced apartment, except air conditioning. Some rooms have it, but some other don't which is an issue during the humid summer. Free internet is limited to 500mb per room per day, which can go quickly these days with a few people on the internet. Service by staff was friendly enough.
R.Hotel room was very clean and the view from the balcony was excellent. The only issue was that you had to get a new Wi-Fi code every day and it didn't seem to work great. Apart from that it is great.

T.Love love love the Waldorf St Martin street. My kidney transplant recovery has been absolutely stress free and delightful. One bus stop to daily clinic checkups at Auckland Hospital. This place is beautifully presented and the staff, beautiful simply beautiful. Bring on 2020. Thankyou so much Waldorf St Martin st.still got a few days left to stay and I must be good cause I'm soooooo excited lol

T.the room was pretty decent in price and location was good. a little of a hike to the cbd but has a range of food available close by.
getting to it by car was tricky in the allyway but wilsons parking is only next door made parking easy

There is an air conditioner it not in the bed rooms so if it's hot bedroom doors need to be left open, Openning the windows the traffic is noisey in the bedrooms at night.
For 1 or 2 nights as a STOP over I would stay again. Historic Cemetery is right next door.

s.They charge $30 for car parking per night and the ramp to the basement parking which has 3 levels is very narrow,a nightmare.Requires a lot of maneuvering & judgement.Nice bed, kitchenette but overall cleanliness needs to be upgraded.Staff was helpful & friendly.Breakfast buffet on payment was basic bread,boiled egg, museli,milk tea coffee a fruit(for vegetarians).A variant of meat was also available.

M.St Martins is a great accommodation with very comfortable beds and a great place for resting the only problems with this hotel is the nice looking pool put size of the pool is lacking and the amount for Internet which has a restriction of 2 GB per day because of this if your looking for a hotel with plenty of wifi that does not cost extra this is not the place to stay.

T.Yeah this was good but it was hot as hell with ceiling fans. Only pedestal fans that you have to try and position in the right spot in that small space.

Super nice front desk, totally flexible and helpful. We were able to extend 1 night without any problems and there were useful tips for the city. Great, absolutely recommendable. What is not going well is the reservation team, I had tried in advance to book a late check out or an extra night. Unfortunately that was probably too difficult or my English too bad. None of the several contacts has m. E. understood simple questions or tries to anticipate the customer's request. So settle better locally, that was great as I said.
