Reviews of Papakura Museum
I wasn't expecting this hidden gem to be so rich with content. Such good collection with immaculate description and history. Very well maintained and preserved. Kudos guys
Very interesting place. I had no idea that kauri gum was dug in the area.
If you like to know about NZ's history. This is a great museum to be able to visualize what you learned before or even starting to learn about NZ. They also have the WW2 times in the museum if you're the type to look into those.
Loved it. Loved all the old items.
My Mum is a volunteer here so I'm always visiting ..... They specialize in local military history as well as all other local historical matters ..... If you need information on anything Papakura related including past residents and identities just pop in and see them
