m.My stay here was really great. Services was great. I understand that I was in here during lockdown so tough on staff to do work but they did the best of what they can do. I recommend to anyone. Nice and clean and staff was excellent.

M.Have to stay here for work trips occasionally. The hotel itself is ok (the rooms are decent, a nice size a clean) but the service is pretty lousey. If you have a room overlooking the courtyard, prepare yourself for a loud evening and the smell of cigarette smoke. Lucked out to hear a fight and a dog whining for over an hour last time so best of luck your trip is a bit quieter.

Everything was perfect from the time we arrived till the time we left.
The rooms were great and it was always cleaned everyday.
My family will definitely be staying there again.

T.Brilliant location so close to food, transport, and everything Ponsonby. Nice big clean and very well-appointed rooms, lovely views of the park, and the team are AWESOME. This was my home away from home for 6 months for work and I'll stay there any time I come back up to Auckland <3
K.Lovely stay. The single bed (should have ask to put them together) was made with blankets folded in half so left back cold when on side.
A.Clean and convenient. Rudimentary and uncomplicated. Bed was comfortable, shower hot with lots of water pressure. I had a view of a concrete wall, but I was only there for one night so didn't need a view. No street noise or light pollution. For an uncomplicated traveler it had everything necessary and nothing unnecessary. Perfect.
T.The staff here were wonderful. The rooms need an update but we did find the location very convenient for our needs. There is a lovely park across the road which was a pleasant addition to our stay.
T.My wife and I recently stayed here on a 10 day trip. Place was clean as a whistle. The service staff at the reception were very accommodating and friendly. The amenities are all well kept. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. From the moment we entered the hotel our experience was delightful.
T.We were impressed by the services. My room was otherwise very good. Bed was typical hotel bed quite average. Felt it was very rude and they should have a toilet for public to use. Wifi was ridiculously expensive. Meant the apartment was grime filled from the start. Great location, and very quiet.
K.Perfect location, excellent parking options underground and a comfortable bed and pillows. Unfortunately our room had several things that where broken or not working properly, the fridge needed to be defrosted as the ice box was so frozen over the door could not be shut, bedside light bulb was blown, the dryer kept on turning off every 5 mins when we had set it to 1hr and the shower leaked on the side, so water would pool on the corner and spread along the bathroom floor, it seems like this issue has be going on for a while as there was water damage down the side and all so the bath/shower had green mould along the edge of bath/wall and shower door. Sound proofing is non existent, lots of street noise as well was in house resident noise. Bring ear plugs! The boozers use the courtyard/ front entrance as a public toilet as we were made aware when we had an fire emergency on Saturday night... seemed like there was no plan in place to do a head count or an obvious place for guest to gather... our stay was ok, not great and I would be pushed to stay again... as we paid a good chunk of cash for a weekend stay. The staff and general feel of the place was very sterile and unfriendly and not overly welcoming. Make sure you check your bill and credit card bill for any extra billing as we were charged for parking we had already paid for! So over all, such a shame this place has no reason to be sub standard, keep on top of your business and improve your standards. Quest Ponsonby.
R.Reasonably priced didn't get a housekeeping service on our 2 night stay witch was disappointing but quest ponsonby is in a great location close to the city and outer suburbs. Great places to eat and drink nearby and a supermarket 2 minutes walk away
T.We left and had to find suitable accommodation elsewhere. Rooms in the hotel are very clean. After we finished work i got to really enjoy the room. All the staff was very friendly and helpful at the hotel. I was really very impressed with their ***ager who was always there to help.
g.Currently in and find it to be great. Modern, clean, appeals to the eye. Like. Washer and dryer in room. Nice. From a working man, with better dryer the experience would be perfect. Parking below good. My choice of accomodation.
T.I remembered when NZ was famous for its fabulous accommodation. The rooms were really quite and the location was perfect as Poncenby is my favourite part of Auckland. Clear information and staff were very helpful when we arrived after reception was shut for the day. The price is right I usually pay about.
S.The place is okay. It was neat and clean. Well maintained. But WiFi service is not good as you had to pay in the apartments. And even I finishes so quickly.
Rather than that I had a good stay.
T.The location of the hotel is ideal and exciting. The range of amenities offered was what someone would expect from a hotel of its class. Most people are willing to accommodate your needs. Just remember you get what you pay for. I would not hesitate to recommend the Quest Ponsonby.
P.Perfect! I did not know what to expect when I booked in here but was pleasantly surprised.
Checked in late on Sunday and it took a quick phone call and my key was waiting for me inside the secured building. Less than 1 minute and I was in my room.
Great little one bedroom apartment. Clean, quiet with all the things you need. Nothing fancy but great if you are spending a week on a course like I was.
S.Not sure how most people's nights in ponsonby go but mine normally starts with a bar and somehow ends up in a nice comfy bed here. The middle steps are a mystery

M.Staff are warm and welcoming, excellent rooms very clean, been here since Christmas Eve till now and have had no problems!! Definitely a recommendation for future stays and extended holiday family members! One of the best hotel stays I’ve had to experience here in Auckland!!
