This was the highlight of our travel in The Coromandel and it didn't disappoint at all. The base of the Zipline tour is from an old and still used pottery mine and workshop. We started our travels on a custom built train (which took 30 years to be built!) on a single track. Before we started the first of 8 ziplines we were given a safety briefing be Cole and Saskia, who both clearly knew what they were doing with regard to ziplining. The tour back down the hill was interspersed by talks from Saskia and Cole who discussed the history of the Kauri trees in the area and how they were pillaged by early European settlers and then all of the stumps were burnt to the ground, as well as the local pests in the area and how they have to maintain pest control throughout the estate. We really enjoyed the tour and zipline and would recommend that this is very safe and everyone is checked before using the ziplines. Kids want to go again!

Absolutely fantastic time here this morning. Our guides were funny sassy and knowledgeable. The ziplines were cool and the bush beautiful. Definitely recommend. Plus all the money helps support their generational conservation work. Great stuff!

Fantastic experience. The guides Jed and Summer were awesome, so professional and encouraging to us nervous ones. We enjoyed the whole experience, the train ride, the forest, the interesting information about Driving Creek, and of course the Ziplining. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

This was fabulous. Such a lot of fun. Great to have the train ride to the top and the talks about Kauri, gold mining and pests. Our guides, Angus and Paige, were very professional and great guides

Brilliant. Stunning views, lovely and knowledgeable staff, good mix of Zipline and learning about the very interesting history of Driving creek. Equipment, facility, safety is all great. Totally worth the price and experience. The train ride at the start is about 10 min so enough to experience the train prior to ziplining. And you also get free photos! Thank you guys.

What a fantastic activity to get the adrenalin flowing, lots of laughs, spectacular views, and informative talks on local history and conservation. Our guides, Saskia and Cole, were amazing, very down to earth and heaps of fun!! This is a must-do on your trip to Coromandel!

What a great, fun time we had here. We had two fabulous guides, Paige and Angus. I felt so safe in the hands of these wonderful people. It was a beautiful day, the view was stunning and the group we were with made this a day to remember.

Everyone should do this! Ziplining was a blast; the treetop views of the forest were gorgeous and unique; the team was fun and professional; some proceeds go toward conservation; we learned about the area's history, flora, and fauna; and we got to ride a unique mountainside mini-train. What's not to like? Make this a priority when in the area!

I was a bit nervous to give this a go but I'm glad I did! The guides made us feel so comfortable and safe. They were really funny and entertaining throughout the journey. We had awful weather but they made it so much fun! Thanks Brie and Gus! We got the train up to the start but the only tiny disappointing thing was I thought the Eyefull Tower was part of it but that was my mistake as must be separate. Still awesome without a doubt!

Good stuff! Do not expect this to be something like they do down in Rotorua and other places, this is much more family fun. It is just great to do with your kids or in my case grandkids and daughter in law. The little one is only 6 and the other one 7 but they had a blast. Guides are so good and really into it!

Rae and Heck are both super awesome tour guides for the zipline tours. You can sense that they are really passionate and enjoy their jobs! They are the kind of people you want to work with and absolutely be your tour guides! All of us in the tour enjoyed the experience very much and also learnt a lot about the area. Highly recommended tour! Make it in your bucket list if this is not usually your thing to do :p

This is an awesome experience for a whole family. Our guides, Hec and Rae were outstanding. Safety came first and humour and fun always ensued. This is not just an adventure but an educational journey too. As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it.

Great guides,friendly,informative and extremely patient despite the rude,disruptive children allowed on the zipline. The experience would have been much better and fun if the jostling,loud,shouting children were not endangering themselves,touching stuff and their mother was actually parenting instead of taking photos. Would not recommend doing the zipline if children are present.

A great afternoon starting with a short ride on the fascinating Dinner Creek Railway, followed by the thrill flying above the canopy in a number of different zip lines. Guides Saskia and Jesse were fun, informative and enthusiastic. Go do it

Had a fantastic time at Coromandel Zipline tours, the newest addition to the attractions already offered at Driving Creek. After a 15min train journey we were then sent flying through beautiful native bush, while being educated and entertained by our friendly and knowledgeable guides Raina and Hek. The 8 Ziplines are thoughtfully placed in a way that has minimal impact on the forest and the focus on conservation in the area is great to see. Both younger and older members of our group had a blast, hope we get the chance to visit again and would definitely recommend to anyone holidaying in the Coromandel!
