Amazing place. You get to experience a house during the Edwardian era (although there are elements of Victorian elements). You get to learn about the history of the place and insights about the Fletcher family.
If you aren't aware or if you are like me an international living in NZ - Fletcher is a very popular construction company here
Personally I enjoyed the tour. You'll spend about an hour or two here. Looking through things. It's a blast from the past

The old building is worth to visit. Thanks Kathy, She spent around two hours to show us the history of our NZ and take the memory back to Scotland, and lots of interesting reasons behind the building and the things.

Fascinating, house I lived in had been charged from these original bones, expanding. Interesting to see how would have been, really beautiful.

Our house was built around same time. Interesting to see what it would have looked like.

Just walked past this house on the corner. It seems okay, not that old really. Would not know it was of any significance if not for the sign outside it.
