Super cool and unique experience, the guides are very knowledgeable and clearly love the work they are doing. The rays were amazing to see so up close and in their natural environment. Definitely worth the money and only a short drive away from Gisborne town centre.

Outstandingly good experience. We went there as part of our staff Christmas party. It's funny to think of stingray as being friendly, but that is kinda what they were. The staff were great too.

Amazing and surreal experience with wild rays who are gentle, playful and surprisingly able to recognize the friendly and knowledgeable guides. Waders provided for adults and our 6yo but we had to bring a lifejacket for our 3yo because she has to sit on a banana boat the entire time. Because we went on the earlier 7am tour, there were no other children so both kids got to ride the banana boat :) Got to pat and feed the friendly creatures, also spotted a juvenile kingfish and other little fish in the water.

The possibility of having this kind of contact with the nature and so cute animals was really amazing.
The visit is guided, must be paid but it worth each cent invested on.
The staff is really lovely and patient to answer all of our answers.
We had previously scheduled the visit by their website and at the time to pay at site it got cheaper than previously quoted, a very welcomed and nice surprise.
We can only thank God for such amazing creation.
All my family and I loved the experience. A truly must do!

This is probably the best thing in the greater Gisborne region to do. Great value for money. Our guide joey was super good at a managing the rays, so every one got a good experience. Really good time.
