We booked for Jet boat experience. We got a discount using bookme.co.nz. the customer service was good. We were greeted well. Finding this place was easy. Our instructor or driver was on time. After 12 minutes of safety instructions and getting our life jackets on, we were on the was. We were booked for 11am. 11.12 am we headed towards the jet boat. But finished at 11.42 am. The ride was good. The scenery was awesome but feel like we were short changed in terms of time. Another 10 minutes would have been great.

Tom was an excellent guide that made the whole experience fun- even for a nervous first timer in our group. Gorgeous scenery, a good leap off the rocks and a jet boat ride back to base- what more do you need. Thanks so much, we’ll be back next visit to try more of your experiences.

Amazing experience of Rafting with Hanmer Springs Attractions. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Our Rafting guide Christian was extremely nice and we had a very good Rafting experience with him. Please do go with Christine for Rafting. Extremely scenic and amazingly beautiful experience.

Got a great deal for 2 through grab one! Nice jet boat ride with a few fun 360 turns and getting close to the edge. Our driver Gavin however seemed a bit impatient and rushed when putting on our life jackets. He did ensure they were all put on safely which is good. However when I needed assistance he proceeded to tighten mine along with everything elses while repeatedly saying “you don’t care about your life” I feel he may have meant it in cheek but it was a bit of a buzzkill for early impressions. We don’t put them on everyday so I think it’s reasonable to be a bit gracious with this. He also walked far ahead of the group on the way to the boat. Just felt a bit like we were a nuisance. Would have been nice to be advised that the road was a bit steep and uneven. Almost wanted to leave at that point. Given all this Gavin was informative for the safety briefing and was in good cheer during the ride with a few jokes along the way. All round was a fairly good experience.

Good place to relax. Great walks to enjoy. Watch the sunrise on conical hill is not a hard walk or as long as it suggests. Don't miss the forest amble then go for your soak in the hot pools

Excellent (special) pricing. Competent (very important for an adventure activity) and friendly staff. Our trip was slightly spoiled by a rain squall, but the driver handled this well. Suggested improvement: find a way for the passengers in the back seat to hear the commentary. The engine noise made it hard to hear.

Great experience with the kids would have been 5 star if the cafe was open as we went early to have something to eat first before our jet boat and there was only one person working however she was great juggling everything on her own and she was very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful water to soak your worries away! Lots of different pools to chose from and different temperatures. Pools for the kids and hydroslide set away from the main adult pools which is great. Not to be missed if you find yourself in this part of the country.

Fantastic experience, give it a few hours and enjoy. Lovely pools, don't miss to go on the evening so you see the nice pool lights.

Brilliant experience, even if the lads getting everyone set up for the jump were very cheeky and said it was their first day. When I finally admitted I was a bit scared as I was shuffling towards the edge they said "we are too". To be honest, I loved the experience, they kept it light hearted while obviously still taking all the right precautions to keep us safe and the views were absolutely beautiful.

White water rafting experience was great fun. Very entertaining staff, who were friendly and made us feel safe.

Yeah, I had an amazing time, I got picked up from the township, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The jet boat ride was really fun and thrilling, brought a smile to my face and a few laughs, great driver. Definitely recommend this company for any adventure things I do in hanmer. Thank you so much. Even got dropped off and driver stopped so I could take a pic at look out. Just awesome.

It is ok. The operators are skilled enough and you can have some fun in the middle of nothing. The only problem is the price. Like all these kind of experience in New Zealand, it is just a money making as you end up paying too much for it. The bungee jumping is probably better here then in Queenstown and jet-boating is the same everywhere in New Zealand. We did quad bike but, although biking around the river is a nice place, the operator who was leading us around was going so slow I could not really enjoy that much. The bar has a nice view on the river.

We enjoyed our break away. The chalets were clean and tidy. The water pressure in the shower was slow. But the quiet and feeling of being secluded was amazing, summer is def my season Thank you

What a gem! Multiple pool options at different temperature, A number of slides, food truck and facilities... All available. And If u have AA Membership card, present it to receive entrance fee discount.

Brilliant day out - staff were excellent, bikes great and we didn’t feel like we were nannied around the track. Would recommend wearing googles and gumboots (they supply) for dust and wet. Would totally recommend and come back for a second time around!

We stopped in Hanmer Springs Attractions to watch the action. Beautiful location with outdoor sitting area, good views of bungee jumping and jet boating. We had an average lunch with coffee and hot chocolate until our friend back from journey. Interesting posters to read about the invention of the Hamilton jet. Busy place when the groups of people are coming. The small shop have a few souvenirs in sale as well.

Bunjy jump was awesome 👍 great staff, have done the jet boat previously also highly, recommend both.

Amazingly friendly staff. Was well conciderate of my sons anxiety on his first Jet Boat ride and not only helped him to feel better but showed him this ausome stone that looks like a dog. Next Fam holiday, when the rivers higher... we must redo!! Well reccommend the visit to Hamner Springs Attractions.

We stopped in W young kids to watch the action. Gorgeous outdoor sitting area W good views of bungee jumping and jet boating. We had an average coffee and hot chocolates. People come for the view and adventure:) Staff were very nice.

Took my Mrs here for her birthday. We done the quad ride and jet boat. We both loved it. from the guy that picked us up from motel to the guides. It was awesome. Quads I found to be a nice easy ride with couple water crossings( but I used to ride on dunedin farms) still I think they try to cater for everyone with a larger 450cc auto and a couple you can pull on with. The jet boat was a fun ride. (I think the driver roughly said about 30km trip in total) I highly recommend this operator.

Lovely staff and just the most amazing experience my only note is maybe bring goggles with you otherwise it's very hard to see. If you don't like the cold this is probably not for you but there is a great viewing area to that you can take some photos. 5 stars

Would recommend Quad Biking with them!!! The tracks and staff struck a nice balance of difficulty and monitoring but still allowing fun. Some constructive feedback though; whilst I understand and agree for the need for a long explanation on health and safety side of their use, you need to improve the explanation of the bikes themselves. There should be more than a 2 second explanation on the throttle and brakes!! (With gear changing taking up the most) Trying to explain 3 different bikes (red, black and buggy) all different in one explanation just complicates it, and is a health and safety risk itself. You should break explanation off into small groups to whomever is rider that exact bike.

Offers a range of activities including rafting, kayaking, jetboating and bungee jumping (if you are crazy enough). Based next to the Waiau Ferry Bridge (perfectly good bridge, no need to jump off it imo) on the road to Hamner Springs. Very expensive. Also can have issues if you don't book in groups. Not a good option for single travellers. However, they did refund me promptly when they cancelled my rafting trip.

The services were excellent, the staffs were very ptofessional and cordial. My grandson enjoyed the bungy jump and we the family members enjoyed our jetboat ride!

45min jet boat ride that travels down river about 11km (travelling at approx. 100k/ph) with several 360° spins and a few stops to inform us about the area, history and how the river was formed. Fun, knowledgeable driver. There's a reasonably steep walk down to and back up from the boat so something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. We enjoyed it and would happily recommend to others

I can just hight recommend this atraction. Staff was so friendly, nice and professional. The Jet Boat way is trought amazing canyon in the middle of rocks, mountains and its just cool adrenalin trip:) we really enjoyed it with my parents.

I’ve been on the jet boat three times and I absolutely enjoy every time but I learnt on my second time three years ago on a windy day wear biking goggles and rain jacket, because when the pilot does the signal for a jet spin you get soaked loads of fun, and as I said if it is a windy day and if the pilot turns sharply you get sprayed by the water and you can’t see, but with the goggles on I could see everything and never had to shut my eyes once.

Done the canoeing trip down the river fantastic trip with our guide Matt, the river was great fun , had a lovely picnic about half way down then at the end got picked up by the jet boat for an exhilarating ride back to the start.

Fabulous trip, we did the quad bikes, it was amazing, so much fun and thrilling. The staff were awesome so helpful and friendly, our guide was very knowledgeable and skilled. I will definitely be back to try there other activities

Overpriced as most of nz is. However jet boating (cheaper) is recommended rather than quad biking (more expensive). That’s more fun.

We did the quad biking, so much fun and a great way to take in the scenery. Gum boots and boiler suits provided if you don’t come prepared. We got a bookme deal which was excellent value.

The quad bike experience - awesome and well worth the 2 hours. Great value for money. Our guide was very personable and knowledgeable about the local area.

Quad biking was good, except we were governed entirely by a slow woman who they let sit at the front so the speed was pitiful for the most part. The river crossings were fun and once the slower woman finally bogged her bike in the river, we managed to get over 10/kmh. All in all 7/10.

Enjoyed jetboat n claybird shooting was okay.

Great fun for old and young We were a group of 12, aged 6 to 80(ish). Every aspect, from booking with Randi to purchasing our photos post-trip was fantastic. Great customer service. The guides - Jess and Darryl were great fun (and quite funny). Highlight of our week stay in Hanmer Springs. Definitely recommend.

The Cafe at the entrance to Hanmer Springs where the Jet Boats and Bungi jumping takes place is very sparsely furnished. Although the staff are nice, the feeling as you walk in is not very inviting

Ive bungy jumped here and it was amazing! All of the thrills they offer are just that, thrilling. I did all of the activities but my favorite was the rafting with return jet boat ride back. The river is beautiful and the guides are knowledgeable about the river and Hanmer history.

Very beautiful little town, cozy and spacious houses. Hot water springs are not to be missed. Wonderful time with the animals at the animal farm. Serene and scenic when we went rafting. You could hear absolutely nothing.

We had the best time ever today ! Our 9 year old said it was the best day of his life haha . Daryl made the ride entertaining and fun and we felt safe as houses with him driving the boat. Thanks for a wonderful experience, that I'm certain we will do again !! Lucas family.

My visit was pleasant and very exhilarating! I appreciate the fact the man was willing to push me off the bridge. If he would not help me I would of chickened out. Photo packages were great and thankful for the option of the GO PRO video!

We went on the rafting trip and had a great time. Our guide, Dani, was really good and made the experience really fun. We were expecting the rapids to be a bit more intense and challenging, but found them to be pretty tame which was the only downside. It was a beautiful way to see the countryside and the jet boat ride at the end was a nice way to finish things off.

Great place to chill,40degree water temperature with various salts. You will be sleeping like a log for the next few days. Also great for kids use of the water slides. Great food etc. A must do activity!!!

Loved it. Had a great time doing bungee. The staff is awesome, and super friendly. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I felt the price is expensive for such a short jump (35m). It's a lot of money for a very short thrill (it is thrilling).

I did bungee jumping, jet boat ride and quad biking here and it was super thrilling and an amazing experience! Thoroughly enjoyed myself amidst the picturesque scenary of hanmer springs. This is exactly how I wanted to experience NZ! Not to forget the amazing team who made the experience memorable.

Great trip. We did Greymouth to Christchurch and stayed over in Christchurch for 2 nights before the return journey. Doing the whole trip back and forth in one day would be too tiring for me. Great views and food. The open carriage for photos is lovely. Seats were comfy and toilets are available in each carriage.

Great staff. Jet Boat and Clay shooting was awesome fun.

Jet boating ride AWESOME 👌 Daniel was our driver professional driving and safe all the way life jackets and safety briefing by Daniel The spinning of the jet boat was amazing by Daniel and yes most of us got WET which was fantastic great scenery twists and turns as we speed down the river with a few more spinning 😀 and getting wet 😀 we purchased video and photos of our Jet Boat experience

Very cool! Loved the jetboating experience here. Went down the gorge and through Rapids, had 360 turns and got very close to rocks and bushes to have a rush of excitement. I at some point would love to try going through the Rapids in the small raft. The prices are so worth it, and the occasional grabone deals are amazing.

We took the package, quad bikes + jet boat, then we added the clay shooting. Staff were fantastic, very enjoyable day. Great memories to take back to Aus.

Fair rafting experience, raft was overcrowded Guide was good and did a great job of making a fairly flat river into a fun experience. The rock jump was great. The colour of river is beautiful with amazing surroundings. But an overcrowded raft made it an excruciating experience, in a raft for 6-8 people, 10 of us were stuffed like sardines. Rafting was scheduled for 2pm-4pm but they only got started at 2.20pm and took forever so we finished after 5pm. In addition there were no proper changing rooms or showers (the toilets smelled), I have paid similar prices in Switzerland & Austria and had a better experience, and facilities. Rafting in NZ would be great with a better company.

Had lots of fun going down the river with my partner and one raft guide. Alex was new but I found having a newer guide not knowing everything about the river..... really refreshing, more personal and a lot easier to talk and have jokes with.

Very friendly team and a must do experience. You can pay extra if you like to get the photos and videos. Only issue I found is that the video footage only had about first 5 minutes. When I pay $50 for the video footage, I expect to get the whole footage or I expect to be told that the video will be only few minutes. This could have been unintentional/ technical issue but still wanted to share this. Highly recommended and would go again .

Absolutely the best experience! Booked a quad bike tour, our guide Selwyn was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Caters even for people who have never ridden a bike before. Awesome river crossings, plenty of mud holes to get nice and wet if you want to and they take pictures of you riding all along and it's only $35 for ten photos at the end. We were also running late due to road works at the bridge and they were happy to wait for us! Recommended A+

Wow what an awesome place to spend an action packed afternoon I was throughly impressed with the jet boat rides that was packed with thrills. The excitement the bungy jumping generated within our group was amazing it's an experience that you will love or hate but it was a breathtaking thrill that everyone should try. Looking forward to doing this again with friends.

Outstanding time here. Took our son here as a family tradition where on their 10th birthday each child gets a weekend of just them and us parents and we go wherever the child wants. George chose Hanmer and we went jet boating, 4wd buggying and did a helicopter ride. Because we did all these they gave us a healthy discount. Service was great and overall experience excellent.

This is a must have experience while you're in New Zealand. My friend and I jet boated in Hanmer Springs with 'Thrillseekers' and had an amazing time. The crew were incredibly friendly, the views were awespiring and the memory of the trip has left us on a buzz forever. Will definitely return in the future!

The jet boating was excellent but before we got on the jet boat they were very disorganised. Other than that it was amazing the jet boating was so fun! A great family thing to do 👍

Amazing fun, friendly guides with a great sense of humour. A must! We went to Hamner Springs shortly after flying into Christchurch from the sunny Gold Coast, and this is a must. We were disappointed that it was drizzling rain and overcast; however, it turns out this cold weather makes for amazing quad biking. The staff are absolutely hilarious, and have a great sense of humour, although they do like to give us Aussies a hard time. Highly recommended. The wetter the weather, the better.

The Jetboat Tour was really amazing. You think you will kiss the rocks. The 360° spins were awesome. Can recommend the tour for everyone.

Hi I drowned years ago so was so scared to get on water again it was white water rafting . I felt so confident with this company and especially Gavin I felt safe and secure and that he was very very professional and I shared my experience afterwards with him and he was so nice to me This company and Gavin working for them are extremely lucky to have him there The lady Suzzie was so friendly and gave time easilly when arrrived I had a great time and was sooo much fun if there was any thing I saw that was not professional I would have freaked right out . They count you being on jet boat several times where as years ago the company I went with counted and did not even know I was missing =( These guys even radio through update and film it all and watch where as the company I went with now shut down thank good ness did not =( Im terrified of hights and would jump with Gavin if in a million years ever made this step as im terrified of hights You guys are amazing and I really thank you for giving me confidence in water again :-) Jules Everett Christchurch

I stayed in hotest bath too long. Nearly passed out when l got out...silly me...use cooler pools before leaving. Excellent place first aiders were great. I would go again in a heart beat.

Forest walk, mountain biking, thermal pools and many other attractions a great place to relax. It was a day out for us escaping Christchurch. After a long soak in the pool we went to a takeaway by the liquor store. Friendly enough but sadly the falafel souvlaki was the bad memorie of the day. Still a great day.

Great bungy jump the guys are very supportive and give great instructions and keep it fun . blind folded and surprised my husband with a bungy I'm very happy with what the team did and it was worth every cent got a t-shirt as part of the package and for an extra small cost got my photos on a usb stick as well

Beautiful Alpine village and the springs are a great place to relax. Does get busy. Take your bikes or hire some and recommend the forest bike rides.

Did the Jetboat Ride. What can I say, it's a boat ride. If you like going 90km on medium sized boats over pool clear water, this ride is for you. If not, dont spend the $130ish. I wouldn't do it again unless it's free, a one time thing. I'd rather rent a boat.

A lovely place to soak and relax great range of pools at different temperatures I didn't like the fact that I had to pay again to get back in with only a 10 minute pass out option

You will have the time of your life of any of their adventure tours. Very professional, took great care with the children and everyone left there with big smiles.

Hubby jump off the bridge for the first time. Thought photos and video where included in the $169.00 but no answer extra $50.00. There where other options too. Very expensive way to make money and u get a free t Shirt too.
