Historic Building: Two-storey, brick corner building with repeating Classical frontages; constructed c.1880s as the Oreti Building and since modified. In good condition. Significance: Good streetscape and architectural value from its long frontage and Classical style, and prominent corner frontage. Some historic value as long-term commercial premises.
