We went on the 90 mile Cape Reinga tour with Paul, OMG so entertaining, so good for cultural information, just amazing, a must do. We travelled around 70 miles on the beach in a 4W drive multi-person Vehicle, slid down a giant sand dune on a board and saw so much very lucky 10 out of 10

What an excellent day we had with Buzz he was wealth of Knowledge. We loved everything, thankyou Joyce for the BBQ Lunch..thanks so much we highly recommend to all.

Kia Ora. This was the most amazing day trip I had from Paihia to 90 Mile beach. The tour guide was a champ. Gave us the lots of info on surrounds and on the way. Has a cargo if you have an extra luggage. Also carries surf boards for sand dune experience.

Awesome experience with Dune Rider Tours today!! Paul the tour guide was awesome. Had so much fun sand boarding, checking out Cape Reinga and playing on the 90 Mole Beach. 100% recommend Dune Rider Tours. The price was great too compared to their competitors. :)

Really enjoyed this tour. Paul the tour guide made it a really enjoyable experience with lots of local knowledge topped off with alot of personality, drove down 90 mile beach pointing out lots of archeological features and history, got to see wild horses on the beach, bit of sand boarding, nice lunch on the beach specially cooked for us, plus the light house and an ice cream and coffee stops,. Go with the locals and get the full experience!

Absolutely fantastic day out - a must do and one I have waited far too long to do. Our guide Paul was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and always on the look out for the one 'great shot' along the beach - finding wild horses, rare birds flying around. Although the weather was extreme the scenery was magical. The Cape Lighthouse is a very spiritual place. Our lunch was beautifully cooked and presented at the Rugby Club - a lovely way to finish the day. The sand dunes used for sand boarding are dangerous - so please listen to the guides when they talk about safety - it is imperative to all. Thank you - a wonderful experience.

Fantastic trip. free shuttle outside our motel. 90mile Beach, Sand dune surfing, bbq lunch by the beach, Cape Reinga & ice cream stop.. Great 4wd bus. Very good commentary. Relaxed but professional and organised.

Had a really good day today on our trip from Paihia to Cape Reinga. We stopped at some great locations both to and from the Cape. We got to experience some great beaches and views and out tour guide Paul was informative throughout. The sand boarding on the dunes was great fun before we headed down 90 mile beach. A trip I'd definitely recommend

We booked the daytrip to cape reinga with this company. It started in the early morning by picking us up at our hotel. The driver was fun and very informative and we felt secure with him driving us. The tour started with a coffee break then we drove on the ninety miles beach up to the large sand dunes where we could try sandboarding (complementary). After a tasty lunch (BBQ, pasta salad & green salad) on a nice beach, we went to cape reigna and finally back to Paiha. The tour was excelent!

Got picked up from and dropped off to our motel in Ahipara. Super friendly tour guides/drivers with a great kiwi humour! We were laughing the whole trip! Had a great experience with all the stops even a delicious kiwi BBQ along the way! The dune riding was heaps of fun! Don't have any complaints!

Wonderful day exploring the far north. Our driver shared so much knowledge & was a safe cautious driver, he was also very helpful with my daughter & helping with her wheelchair. Thanks for some special memories. Highly recommended.

My brother and I did the Cape Reinga Tour last week. We found the experience an enjoyable one to a point. Unfortunately on this day, an accident occurred at the sand dunes which most were unfortunate enough to witness. This delayed the rest of the tour, of course we both did not mind due to our main concern was with the young boy involved along with many others. Once the child had been air lifted to hospital we resumed the tour. I would like to at this point thank our tour guide for keeping the vibes on the way back as high as they could be in the circumstances and still managed to squeeze in what was planned but just not as long. His commitment to us to continue the tour and make it enjoyable considering the time loss was hugely appreciated. For you sir I give 5 stars! Reason being only 3 here is due to the overall experience from the beginning to the end which of course could not have been anticipated. (On another note, the lady at the information point for the company needs to be taught customer service. She was incredibly rude and couldn't have been less helpful! For a tourist company and your employees being the face of the company, it may need to be stressed to them the importance of this and further training for this individual.)

I can’t rate our driver, Buzz, highly enough. He was knowledgeable across a whole range of topics and gave us great insider knowledge. He related well to our group, which had several different cultures represented. He’s the perfect person for the job.

This tour was exactly what I expected! Our guide, Paul, was incredibly knowledgable of the areas we travelled through, which made the bus ride incredibly entertaining. I was not bored once on the trip.

Great experience. Called in very early hours of morning due to cancellation, and was picked up from my hotel less than an hour later. Friendly, great value for money and lunch was great. Awesome day.

Had a great day, Paul the driver was funny, down to earth, very informative about local history all along the way and kept us entertained the whole day.
