C.We got married in the garden here 25 years ago. Went back today to reminise. Its looking great. The tree is a little bigger now, what a beauty.
A.Beautiful historic house built next to the Hokowhitu lagoon surrounding by spacious gardens. Has been converted to a function center for parties and conferences. Has a multitude of rooms for that event your planning. Very tidy and picturesque.
J.Cavcia Birch was the perfect venue for an offsite professional development workshop. We used the spacious upstairs room which has bathrooms handy, access to a verandah and a lift for disabled access. We all came prepared with extra layers expecting am old house to be cold but the heating was perfect and we needed to remove layers.
The catering was great - the cakes were fantastic! The grounds are fabulous; really lovely to take breaks in. Also a good exhibition in the old Coach House to supplement the historical photographs in the house.
A.I wish I had more stars to give this place!!! Nicky and Team were the Best!!! They made our function flow so well. Friendly team, lots of room for a function and was very warm considering the weather is getting chilly now. Absolutely Beautiful place

S.This house is enchanting. I've been visiting her since I was a little girl, when she was a run down shell, but the beautiful energy has always remained. If you love history, architecture and gardens this place has it all. I highly recommend ❤

C.Beautiful function venue with plenty of outdoor garden space and impressive character building. Catering is quite good and they manage reasonably well with large groups. Decent sized carpark as well.
H.We stumbled upon this lovely historical site by chance, and we were nicely surprised at the beauty and setting this home is situated on. Lived reading the history on posters in the stables and walking through history with these amazing pioneers, and seeing the house change over many years. Loved it. 💕
Only downside {reason for the 3 stars} not one person came to speak to us or give us any direction, so we poked around ourselves.

F.Attended a training there. It has that lovely historical feel to it. Both the outside and and inside are warm in terms of ambience. The staff was kind enough to show me a private place to pray. I enjoyed the venue
J.Plenty of parking with garden surrounding it, but they do seem to be removing large trees from the perimeter. An amazing old house with a central staircase up to the meeting room where the event was held. Staff on hand to rearrange tables and chairs. Iced water and mints on each table. Lovely afternoon tea.

Would have loved some time to explore the premises, but will have to take advantage of one of their open days. Some areas could do with a little more maintenance (broken signage) and the website could be developed more. Beautiful area of Palmerston Nth.
N.An event center houses in a beautifully presented historical house and gardens. We attended on one of the public open days that occur a few times each year. Thoughtful and informative exhibit in the home, the surrounding area and other iconic houses, and the local history. Really lovely to be able to visit one of NZ's historic properties.

G.Cacciabirchhouse was everything I expected for a professional function. Spacious, Quiet, elegant, plenty of bathrooms, food of a very high standard and plenty of it. Warn, staff friendly and accommodating. The rental equipment ate of art. Notes of wifi use. Tables set out and areas set to eat. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a venue and would encourage my colleagues to do the same. I will be back.

T.The era in which wooden architecture embodied the envy of mankind. Style, purpose, strength and perfect proportion rarely got surpassed from said period. The knock off or imitation ability not yet available helped these frilly artworks remain the domain of the elite and wealthiest owners of real estate

B.(Translated) This house was built in 1895, it has been very well maintained over the years and currently works as a conference center, so you will not be able to get to know it, but you can visit the entire garden except for the places that say private enclosure. The place is magical and very beautiful, there is also a park a few steps away and to get to it you will have to go through a beautiful bridge. A nice place to visit.

Esta casa fue construida en 1895, se mantiene muy bien con los años y actualmente funciona como un centro de conferencias, por lo cuál no podrás entrar a conocerla, pero si puedes recorrer todo el jardín a excepción de los lugares que digan recinto privado. El lugar es mágico y muy bello, además se encuentra un parque a pocos pasos y para llegar a este deberás pasar por un bello puente. Un lindo lugar para visitar.
