Absolutely must visit!! Conveniently between Skyline and the town centre, it's the perfect place to cool down on your way back from the gondola. The staff are absolutely fantastic - Rosie, Joey and Yani all did an awesome job! Rosie was with us in the ice bar for the entire hour and she is an absolute superstar, I really can't compliment her enough. She is so personable and friendly and I loved our chats, I felt so welcome! She completely made my experience. The music was spot on and made you want to dance, plus all of the staff made such tasty cocktails. The venue itself is stunning too, there are plenty of fur covered seats, and either it was dryer inside or the jackets were better (or both) but I didn't get too cold like in the last ice bar I visited - it was actually so easy to last an hour there! 100% recommend the visit. Thanks team for the amazing time!

The most amazing experience I’ve had!! First ice bar my sisters and I have been too and I would recommend to everyone entering Queenstown. The staff were absolutely fantastic and so welcoming. Aswell as the ice itself was stunning, unicorns, angel wings and Vikings, a very talented artist.

This bar is incredibly beautiful, full of brilliant ice sculptures and a welcoming vibe. They're super close to the Skyline Gondola, so it's a great place to stop for a couple a drinks on your way down. Staff are great, friendly and approachable - thank you Joey and Rosie! - and the drinks are delish. 10/10 recommend✨

My sister and I visited the ice bar today. We are still smiling. It was an experience I will never forget, from the lovely friendly and informative staff to the beautifully sculptured room, bar, tables, chairs and figures plus so much more. Highly recommend and by the way we are from the older generation this is not just for the younger generation. Very happy people

Drinking in a work of art. Delicious cocktails and incredibly welcoming staff. Prefect for families and people looking for a great time. Highly recommend

A holiday within a holiday. We bundled up and walked down the stairs into fantasy ice cavern. We where greated by a gallery of intricatly hadcarved ice sculptures, surrealist lights and big frozen cocktail mugs. Extra points for the unicorn sculpture and great bar staff. Bonus feature: when you walk back outside it feels tropical.

Did the ice bar on a whim during our week long trip in Qtown. Sculptures were beautiful and the cocktails were definitely worth purchasing. Had Yani as our bartender and she was an absolute GEM!! Would have liked to leave her a decent tip, but they didnt have a tipping system setup 😢 Would definitely recommend 10/10 👌
