M.So much fun doing the 4wd experience. A very different type of experience than the one closer to town, I personally liked the technical course and obstacles on this one the best. All very safe and controlled but feels exhilarating and more scary than it is. Everyone had ear to ear grins at the bottom of each drop. Great activity for the whole family. Was so good, we're going back tomorrow to do it again!
K.Well what a gem on our back door. We originally were going to do the go karts but changed our mind and did the self drive 4x4. Excellent choice great track and some impressive obstacles. The little Suzukis went anywhere and the luge slide was the highlight. The 10 minute spin in the monster 4x4 was very good also. Great day and our guide was awesome as well.

G.Absolutely awesome, enjoyed the Go Karting package that we was involved with, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, the grounds are fantastic and well looked after, it's got to be the best if not one of the best go kart tracks in NZ.
If you're looking for something to do as a group or a work related event Off Road NZ is well worth a call. Highly recommended.

J.WOW! What an amazing place. We booked our xmas work event here a few weeks ago. The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. All the events were well run, from the karting, clay bird shooting to the 4x4 thrill ride, and all activities suited every one of us, so no one was left out. All of us here at Binboys BOP would like to thank all the staff - this really made for a fabulous Xmas event.

Hands down the very best outdoor karting experience in New Zealand - a fast and engaging track, a safety conscious experience and even as a solo patron they were kind enough to liaise with a larger group so I had others to play with

W.Went down to Rotorua Easter weekend and went to Off Road NZ and did the self drive Suzuki Jeeps. I thoroughly enjoyed it and thought it was worth the $110 fee. This would have been a 4 Star review but for one thing. We had a little dog that has his own harness and seat belt that clips into normal seat belt. Was not allowed to take him so my wife was going to stay behind and I would go. But! the young lady said the price of $110 was based on 2 people and it is noted on the price display. So the price for me alone would be $160.00? (This is not on the pricing display or anywhere else I could see. I just went through and booked online for one person. The cost $110.00. End result we found some shade, it was a hot sunny day, left the dog in the car and both went on the drive. I really enjoyed it, my wife liked it. But we paid $220.00 for One jeep. On their bookings you can pay $220 for TWO separate Jeeps. In which case this would have been a $ Start review. I thought they were a bit cheeky on this.

R.Thank you so much Corey, Dom and Toni for a wonderful experience. From the minute Toni took our phone booking we were in good hands. Unbelievable skill to drive that Monster 4wd and Corey pushed us all out of our comfort zone on the safari. We all came away buzzing. Will definitely be back and next time we will give the carts a go too.

S.Other than a high ish price tag, it was a load of fun. The activity I did was go Karting which was very fun and worth going. They have a bunch of other activities to do so I recommend for people about 13 and over.
D.The 4WD bush safari was absolutely worth it. Our guide had the quintessential kiwi 'she'll be right' attitude and kept us engaged and informed the whole way - could not have asked for more.
m.Awsome place. Nice track they have, it may be pricey than most of the go kart place in NZ but, this is well worth of go. Should do 20min experience than just 10min.
I always go and enjoy this amazing karting experience!

J.We came here and did the Monster thrill ride with Nana and my 8yo - everyone loved it and had heaps of fun! We also did the karting which was incredible - it is a long race track with some great corners. We will definitely come back again!

S.This was a last minute birthday gift for my 9 year old, my 6 year old daughter also attended, and I have to say this is one of the coolest things I have ever done! Corey was great, he was very safe with the kids, and it was great he explained every manoeuvre beforehand so we wouldn’t freak out... I recommend going on a wet day, we got wet and muddy and that’s part of the fun!! My girly girls were screaming with happiness so if you’re not sure if it’s safe for the kids don’t fret they had a ball

M.This is definitely a fun place to visit! We came in on a day with pouring rain and much to our surprise, they operate in all weather so we hit the extreme go-karting track all the same. The staff are extremely polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable than it was already destined to be.
A+. Will definitely be coming back (although I might shoot for a day with nicer weather ;) ).

Self driving Jimnys was a great way to experience 4wding without the price tag and in a sec environment. Go kart track is awesome, great layout with powerful karts.- better that Hampton downs track

F.This is a very good introduction and experience to 4WD off road driving for those new to it. Brendan did an excellent job at guiding everyone in the convoy through a variety of challenges (Presenting both situations you would ordinarily encounter while off roading and novel experiences like "The luge", while demonstrating what these little trucks are capable of). Exceptional customer service all around from both Sarah and Brendan on the day.
T.Amazing experiences, i did the 4x4 adventure drive, the 10 minute thrill ride, had a go on the karts as well as some archery. The staff are really friendly and I'd definitely be back here when I come back over!!
C.Such a great place to visit... We did the 4wd safari and karting, 4wd was pretty basic apart from the luge drop.. Honestly that flipped My stomach. Karting was amazing.. Came out buzzing! Awesome friendly staff.
J.Great experience for the cost. We started with the off-road 4wd; guided by a younger Maori guy (I believe it was Jordan?). He was a very capable guide and had us going down a 80 degree slope by the end, which I wouldn't have believed possible beforehand. The clay bird shooting was competently managed by a couple of guys, who let us have a few extra clays because we hit the first few on the first attempts, which was a nice touch. The highlight for me was the go-karts. Certainly the fastest I've tried and by far the most interesting course, with a good mix of fast and technical corners which you are only just beginning to learn after your 10 mins are up. I will definitely be back for many more laps next birthday!
R.Second time I have come here and I will come again. These are the fastest carts I know anf the track is a lot of fun. They are not cheap which is a shame because I would to spend more time here.

A.One of the best go carting circuits for sure. I took the 4x4 and go carting circuit. I’ve done go carting before but this is by far the best one I’ve seen not to forget the go carts are amazing.
But the highlight was the 4x4 experience.
