Great little private tub to indulge by yourself, friends or family. The tub can fit 4 comfortably but allowed 5 or 6. A bottle of water was ready on the side when you need it during the session. While I've expected there to be more privacy there actually isn't, the bushes are not very dense or tall so you can still see the people on the tubs. The bathroom is clean and have a spa like feeling, semi private showers are available and hairdryer to finish it off. They serve drinks to the hot tub I believe but I didn't order any, you can also buy drinks and have a foot dip in their small tub, there are about 6 of them so it might be occupied quickly if it's busy. Overall very satisfied.

Awesome setting, great service. Delighted to be able to get a coffee after a good ride (37km loop trail) after 4pm! Went back for a spa the next evening.

We got a great deal on Grab One & we were not disappointed. It's such a great place to come & unwind. Loved the decor inside & out . The only suggestion I would make is that a nice big clear sign on Waipa Mill Rd would be helpful so people can find the place easier. It's very easy to miss when the biking place next door is busy & the car parks are taken up. Other than that, we loved our experience here. Def on our top 10 things to do in Rotorua!

Loved going here. We had known about this place for awhile and were stoked to finally be able to go. The spa pool was lovely, the only downfall for us is that we feel they are advertised as secret, hideaway tubs, including hidden from other tubs in a bush setting. But sadly there was little privacy, didn't affect us as much as no one was in the tub next to us thankfully but just something to have in mind. Bar service is a real treat and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

What a fabulous spot, was showering when we visited but it just added to the ambience. Hot tubs are a comfortable temperature, the facilities are clean and tidy, and you are able to order more drinks from the comfort of your tub. Will definitely visit again.

Amazing experience! Keeps you nice and warm on a winters day. I’m glad they had the option of 1 person as I’m a solo traveller. Would love it to be a little longer but other than that loved it and it’s a must do in Rotorua!!

What a great experience! A unique way of warming yourself up in a cold winter weather. We will definitely be back! Got a good deal with GrabOne and it’s worth it coming to this place and enjoying it with someone special.

I love popping in here, with mates or alone… to chill and chat. The staff are always so welcoming and smiley. It’s a fabulous place to finish off a big ride or run. Great coffee and wine too! Would spend more time here if they wider food options.

What an awesome place to visit. Great service, hot tub after mountain biking..a nice cold Beer and Cider...clean changing facilities. Awesome spot surrounded by bush. A must spot to visit to relax and enjoy.
