Me and my friend visited them on 21st of December to start off our vacation with an adrenalin rush. We booked for v-force while my friend also booked for freefall extreme. One day before we got an email saying v-force was under maintenance and then we decided on agrojet. However on the day v-force was working and we were happy to get back to that. The staff was super friendly (from front desk to the ones handled the rides - sorry couldn't get your names !) and made every bit of our experience memorable. And once done they offered us the agrojet as well which was such a sweet gesture. Thank you guys you made our day super fun and best wishes to all of you. Happy new year ❤️

I did the jet boat and free fall simulator. Very professional and friendly crew. I didn't know they had the airbag for mtb jumping or I would have brought my bike. I would come back and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Although my boys & I had a fun here, well short term fun. It's disappointing on how they charge to do activities here. If they charged differently & then had photos for me to upload then I would of gave this place a better rating. Just some advice for anyone wanting to do activities here you may need $400 or maybe more to do every single one.

We were lucky enough to have Jet Boat rides for our son’s 10th birthday - the boys had so much fun. They laughed and laughed. The driver was great with the boys - thanks for great memories!

Awesome and Must visit place in Rotorua. Abira (hope that's the right spelling) and Team were just outstanding. We have visited Rotorua plenty of times and done most of the adventures but this is the BEST one. Service was top notch and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We went as a group of 8 and everyone had BLAST. Reception girl gave us Best deal we could have. Thanks for having us. Definitely visit again :) Tushar

Many different things to do here, lots of fun definitely recommend.

Omg everyone needs to go here... Lots of fun. I did the agrojet (reaches 100km/h in less than 4 seconds) and the swoop (where you drop from 40m high and can reach 130km/h!). Highly recommend both and the other rides look fun too. Even if you're scared of heights (like me!) definitely try the swoop, I ended up loving it!

Great adrenaline place to go. Couple different options you can choose from so suits all tastes. We did jet boat and the swoop. Closes quite early not sure if that is season so pays check times. Nice and friendly staff.

Totally going back.. Such a great location, great service and awesome adrenaline activities.. Just go do it, you won't regret it.

Had an amazing experience. We did the skydive stimulation, Swing, boatrides, and other adrenaline pumping activities. The people were super cooperative and encouraging.

A few selection of rides to choose from. The only ride that kinda really gives an adrenaline is the jet boat which we all enjoyed. The time on each ride is short, considering the price you pay. Our photos and videos got mixed up with someone else's which wasn't very pleasing, and we had to do the activities again in order to recreate the pics and videos, which we had to pay again for. The experience was average.

Great fun for family! Purchased 8 rides for my 8 & 11year old.

Amazing amusement park, with 6 options for those with heaps of adrenaline to spend. Today we did the swoop, freefall xtreme, agrojet and last the shweeb racer. Boys enjoyed all of them, in special the swoop, because of the view from above and the giant swing. Besides the activities, there are covered areas for bbq and picnics. Bathrooms were clean and decent. Good parking area, instructors were friendly and helpful. Worth every second.

This place offer 5-6 rides/activities, price were reasonable. Activity facilitator/operator were really nice . -1 star due to unwelcoming energy from reception. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommended swoop. Additional cost: $40 for all the photos and 2 videos of your choice. $10 for every additional video.

We highly recommend Free Fall Xtreme. My boys ages 13,10,7 were well looked after by Ernie and Dylan. They had an awesome time and this is an experience they will not forget !!!

Best place i have experienced. Full enjoyment , total entertainment and cost effective. My son had a blast flying in the velocity air ride while we had the best jet boat experience and oh boy this guy can surely maneuver the boat. Please go here and you will not regret it ❤️im coming back next summer 🥰🥰

What an awesome unforgettable birthday for my 8 year old Moko. They helpers at the flying experience were kind, supportive and so encouraging. Having a lady jet boat driver was supper cool and a great example of women can do anything for my Moko to follow. Will definitely be returning with the next birthday Moko. I gave 5star two only the two rides I did. The swoop and the jet boat are the only two adrenaline kicking rides I found . I did a combo deal with Zorb and paid $125 for two Zorb ball ride plus jet boat and swoop which was well worth

I realy had fun here the problem that in some games you are not allowed to take pictures It's a way to force you to buy theirs There are plenty of beautiful animals around dont miss them

So much fun here! No kid or adrenaline junkie will come out of this place without a smile on their face. Staff are super-friendly, everything so well organised. Personally I loved the Schweeb - what a clever piece of engineering.

Great afternoon adventure this afternoon, it was our highlight for today racing against each other. Great staff

Great fun to be had here, a good range of activities so everyone can do something. The Sweeb is a easy and fun way to start, with 2 rails you can race each other round the track, we did this with the kids and grandparents. Then move to the freefall experience, rakes a bit of practice but so much fun. Then up the adrenalin and jump in the agroboat to feel the acceleration and then top it off with what I thought was the scariest experience last. Very close to town easy to find and park. Team were very helpful and we got on the activities quickly.

This is a great place to have some fun. Plenty of parking and plenty to do. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The swoop is good fun albeit daunting.

They were very good with our young son who had a go at the freefall ride. He had a great time and enjoyed it even though he was a bit scared. They allowed another child who chose not to go another option on the complex. Great staff and very helpful.

Long waiting line depends on time but fun.

This was great. There were zero lines due to bad weather, which was good. But it did make the experience quite short. Swoosh was my fave. Our 9 yo, was a bit to light to really enjoy the extreme freefall.

Awesome adventure park with 6 activities available. From jet boat to sky swing and bmx airbag. We found it well priced for the family and awesome that our 6 year old could participate. Great fun for those adrenaline lovers.

We enjoyed our time here as a family group of six. The 10 ride family pass was good value for money and gave us 2.5hrs of entertainment.

A must visit if you are in town and looking for some thrills.

Lost for word to explain how incredible Velocity Valley really is. I've spent a few days out with family and friends here and we have never left without a smile on our faces!

The swing and the jet boat is a must, don't worry about the rides, the staff is great also, and try and get there early to avoid lines

Churrrrrr! I used to live in Australia, Gold Coast, so I’ve done all the theme parks. Obviously smaller scale- but this place rocks! The rides are BANG ON, the staff are awesome- so laid back and helpful. And patient. And there’s plenty of space to chill out, relax in between adrenalin bursts, even cook up a kai. Just make sure if you do the Swoop Super Swing, with your wife, to wear hearing protection, in favour of industrial deafness from the screams....

Worth it.!!! Friendly staff and they do accommodate you not just for standard health and safety rules but being witty aswell ... despite this being repetitive/boring for them .

Really amazing experience. We didn't think it would be so much fun. The place looked empty at the time we went, maybe due to the gloomy weather and time. The place looked well maintained and the staff very friendly. Seems a bit expensive but worth it. Also, you can't use your own phones/GoPros for footage on the rides, you've got to buy the footage. They've got GoPros stuck on all the rides. But you can take videos as spectators. Go for it. It's a good experience.

An excellent family fun day out (especially with current prices)!! Staff so welcoming, friendly... and funny even! The play area is entertaining for the kids and the wanna-be kids too! Indoor couches and bean bags great for relaxing between rides. The Agrojet probably my favourite ride! The Freefall a close second! Looking forward to coming back and setting a Schweeb record ;)! I'll be back... with the whanau :)) !!

Service with a smile in their voices helpful when answering question fantastic experience on rides for our 13 year old twin boys and the ostrich had a big involvement also all kiwis must do this.

Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly! Bungy staff were great even when my friend wouldn't jump. A great place to spend the day and very reasonably priced for these sorts of activities

Go with a group of people which would make it much more fun. We had the VIP deal which worked out fine on value. Only disappointing thing was getting the video and pictures. We ended up only taking specific ones since it was too expensive for all of them. I don't know why they are so expensive. Very good staff also.

Cool rides. Really nothing else to do at the park. Also, the rides go by quite quickly and are a tad pricey to be honest.

I went on the Freefall Xtreme and had such a good time that I convinced my partner to try it and I went again - it's such a joyous experience that I can't recommend enough. The 2 guys (Calvin and Dylan? So sorry if I got that wrong guys) were fantastic at explaining everything and were super supportive and enthusiastic about helping us get the best experience. Everyone else was super lovely and helpful too! Not sure if it's temporary but they didn't have eftpos but we coordinated with them and booked online while we were there for our 2nd round and that worked super well 👍 Go to Velocity Valley and GO FLY, IT'S AMAZING!

Amazing Bungee experience and the staff are really friendly too.

I did the jet boat ride, Swoop and Schweeb ride. The jet boat went for less than 5 mins and not the 15 mins as advertised. The schweeb was a terrible ride. The swoop was so fun and fantastic highly recommend. The staff at front desk were extremely helpful and nice. Overall good experience.

If there was a number higher than 5 well that would be my rating. This park was a bargain fr your money, my whanau thoroughly enjoyed their experiences with velocity valley . What topped this park off were the excellent staff members with their 100% hospitality and professional standards, the staff make sure yr well looked after .Excellent job staff. They even allowed my little dog on there premises .Awesome day out

Excellent choice of adrenalin activities for adults and kids without the same price tag of some other options in Rotorua. Myself and our 7 year old did the jet boat and our older two raced each other on the bike.

A good place to try something new. The free fall was a great experience. Not for a family with small kids. It's something worth checking if you have the extra money to spend around.

Some rides were out of action and I didn't think the price to time ratio was that great.

The Swoop and Freefall activities were fun and adrenaline pumping. I found the Freefall activity was far too short for you to really feel like you accomplished anything. But the staff were friendly and fun.

We stop here every time we pass through, the teens have worked up the courage over the year and even did a bungy. Awesome helpful staff and great variety for the different levels of adventurous spirit

The BEST PLACE to be if you consider yourself a speed demon! Honestly was overwhelmed with this place. The prices are sky high but in my opinion, I'd say the experience is truly worth all your money!

A slightly unusual amusement park focussed on thrill seeking rides/experiences. Prices a little expensive and different options a little confusing, but definitely worth trying out a few things here!

Be brave and go on the swing. You will make a noise when you drop! There's a few things to do here, make sure you want to do at least two and you'll have fun.

Hello, the place is clean and tidy and heaps of exciting things to do. And the animals are so cute.

Pretty cool place with some cool adventures Bungee and other stuff I did the bungee but the video was foggy in the center of the screen . Maybe due to camera not being clean or so

We tried the swoop and was utterly thrilled with the ride. Service was epic friendly despite us being the only ones there and they had to set it up.

Just finished the bungy and besides the bungy (which was wicked) the service was awesome as well, friendly staff. And once again an amazing experience
