Best afternoon ever! So much fun! There are hot tubs and Sauna to keep you warm while you wait. Really friendly staff. Super fun activity!

4 of us recently came to the ZORB Rotorua and had THE MOST EPIC TIME!!!!! so much laughs and screams the whole way down them hills, so so much fun!! The kids absolutely loved the thrill and us adults were secretly the ones screaming the loudest. Highly recommend coming and trying out the zorb. 🤘🤘🤘 Enjoyed the spas down the bottom and also the spa up top has the most epic views-that in itself was worth the visit

Kids enjoyed their time . Although the ride was rather short. Different tracks to choose from. Pleasant staff. It was easy to make booking over the phone and secure a specific time for the ride.

Absolutely 5 stars. The 4 rides that are there are all great! They have 2 hot pools at the bottom of the hill and 1 in the top +a heater. They really want you to be warm! From my experience, it's a lot better with two people per ball because it means you don't squish other people. The straight one, sidewinder and big air are all worth it but the big one might not be for everyone. I did it and it was great though! To go up the hill you have to go in the wet van which isn't great but it's not that long. I wish I could do the rides multiple times though.

Fun filled activity and a must do if you visit Rotorua... Once is definitely not enough

First time trying the Zorb. Came here with my family. We did the sidewinder together with the h2go. It is an extreme experience. It looked like it was going forever, and every corner was a big scare. It was quite expensive, but I think it is worth to try if haven't done before, especially if you are still young. I had such a great time here! The team are all super friendly which helped too! My son was a little bit scared but we spend the entire time laughing inside the ball. They have a spa up the top as well as heaters so that you don't get too cold in between rides- great idea! Would highly recommend for all ages! We will definitely be back on our next trip down. Thanks heaps guys!

I sat this one out and watched my partner ride. He did the vip 4 rides and thoroughly enjoyed it. Found it to be good value. The staff were great, friendly, helpful and added to the overall experience. We hadn't booked ahead but were there not long after opening so were able to get straight into the action, I'm not sure this would have been the case later in the day. They also have a great viewing area for non riders to watch from, changing facilities and spa pools available for riders between rides. Overall an awesome activity and highly recommend.

We Absolutely loved it!! Hot Spas, Sauna near waiting area to keep you warm while waiting for the van to come get you to take you to the top of the hill. My husband and son had alot of fun!! Heaters in the changing rooms was a nice touch too. However, Would've been awesome if there was an outside shower just to rinse off.

So much fun! The staff were all awesome, really engaged with us all and super friendly. No wait times at all (light rain, but a decent amount of people there). Absolutely loved it 😁

Good friendly staff explaining on how it works and differ types of track you can choose to roll down the hill in. Staff on the field are also friendly and helpful. Kids loved it. Good activity on a hot day as you will get soaking wet. Expect a queue on a busy day. As a suggestion, they need to review their prices..prices starting at $85 for one individual.. International tourist may be willing and able to pay for it but if there are two of you, its $175 starting, just like that. And it is a lot of money you can do lese where as a family or couple. Good experience to have and worth having regardless. People with deep pockets can afford to go back again, just a thought.

We were there in 2019 for or honeymoon and were looking to kill time because we messed up on our bookings and drove past. When we couldn't do what we originally planned we headed over to figure out what this was and was instantly in love. Now we plan to go every time we get to make it to NZ. It was the best impromptu discovery of the trip!

AMAZING.... from the moment we entered their facilities they helped us and explained everything. The team even suggested the best wait of doing the activities and recommended a very good deal of 3 rides.

Best experience ever! I must admit I was scared and nervous at first but doing this activity with my partner made me feel safe and comfortable to do it I absolutely enjoyed my buzz with ZORB Rotorua today I'll defs be back for more, my next one I want to try is the windy one today I done the straight track. Loved the hot spa at the top while we waited it helped cool my nerves haha!

Friendly and fun staff! Spent about an hour here doing 2 different tracks. This place is so much FUN!! Heaps of laughs heard from people rolling down the tracks.

It was easy to get to on the main road 5 minutes from the town centre next to the Skyline Gondolas. There was plenty of parking and we got our tickets quickly. The kids for the 3 ride combo which was $100 each. Once they got in their swim gear there were spas for them to stay warm in, and lots of gas heaters. A van ferried them to the top and another spa was at the top for them to stay warm. After their first run they all emerged with massive smiles on their faces. They dashed back into the spa to stay warm before going back to the top. There was a bit of waiting between rides but this made the whole experience quite enjoyable and seemed like you got better value for money. The parents all had coffees while watching and waiting under the gas heater's. Everyone commented on how good the coffees were. There were also bean bags, seats and blankets for the spectators or Zorbers. There were 4 different tracks and they got to do a 3 track combo. Each run was photographed by the official photographer. We thought this would be a $50 rip off like most tourist places but it only cost $10 for photos of all 6 kids from 3 different families. The photos were awesome as they used a high quality camera. We were emailed the link to 134 photos of them coming down the hill, inside the Zorb and just after they emerged with big smiles on their faces. Afterwards there were changing rooms with hair dryers, heaters etc. Ice creams were also on sale in the ticket office. There were plenty of adults doing it as well. I though you might tumble around a bit but the Zorb had a small amount of warm water added so the people inside just floated along flat and straight as the Zorb spun around them, so no one tumble around. The kids had an awesome time and so did the parents relaxing and watching.

Only bad thing about this place is their refund policy. We try refund this ticket we purchase just an hour after we bought it, since we wanted to do the dry version. But it was a real hassle and they made it extremely difficult. So we ended up shopped for some towels and did wet one. So just beware of this and have fun after.

Had fun watching our friend do the zorb just shows age is no barrier. Nice to see prices reduced for Kiwi's touring around. Some other places should do the same!

Great experience while in Rotorua to do. Few different tracks you can choose from. Only has water option so come with a towel and change of clothes

Brilliant Team! we had a wonderful experience at this place, full of adrenalin. The team is more enthusiastic to give you best experience. Clean and tidy place with more parking.

Rather like being inside a large washing machine filled with water. You'd think it would be great fun but the fun was very short lived. YOu roll down the hill in a zig-zag descent at not a very great speed. It IS fun but it's over before you know it, then you wonder what all the hype is about. Somewhat overrated I feel!

This looks great, We just went as observers, got a great spot there and you can watch it all from a nice deck. Will be having a go in the summer as I was not keen to get went in the cold winter, they do have a nice spa there to warm up after the ride

Fantastic group of people. Service was excellent and the all 3 of the rides were superbly rediculously fun. Bring a swimsuit and a towel. If you don't,they have those items to rent. Also bring extra money, as you'll want to ride again.

There are multi tracks . Mega track is best. Zoe’s does have water in it . So better to bring a pair of clothes.

Definitely do this whilst in Rotorua! So much fun and the people there are friendly and helpful. We did the sidewinder track but the others looked great as well. You can take your GoPro in with you or use one of theirs and purchase the footage. We would be going back for another go if we had more time. Just book it!

This was so much North Island fun! Staff was awesome!!!! The rides were great such a unique cool experience, fun and safe for the whole family!!!! Must do at least once.

Took my two girls here for a visit, they absolutely loved it. But, the rides/rolls speak for themselves. What impressed me the most was the fantastic customer service. Our two little ones can be quite shy, but you all made them feel so comfortable. Thank you all!

This was an awesome experience....being with my daughters in a same ball ...going up and down ...wow...can't say much ...u need to do it yourself...it's looks as if it's coming down slow with naked eye....but Mann it goes crazy inside the ball ....beats skyline for me

Great experience for the kids

my son got to choose what he wanted to do for his birthday and this was it. We were only going to do two rides but ended up doing four. Awesome locals rates made this possible along with photos. Well worth it. And there were lots of people but it didn't feel busy, the guys are amazing with the kids, which made me feeling safe letting him go by himself.

Never went on zorb ride but my children did, they loved it every minute..

I saw something about this on tv. I knew when I was coming to NZ I HAD to do this. It rained 3 out of 4 days we were in Rotorua. We were lucky that our last full day there it was sunny, so we actually go to go. It was 2 of us, and we wanted to do all 4 courses. We got there around the same time as a family so we went up the hill with them. After we got out of the Zorb, you were able to chill inside a hot tub until the rest of your group was down the hill and ready to go up for the next course. We did the racing course in our own zorb, and the other 3 we did in them together. The only thing I didn't like was that we didn’t get to choose what order we did. It was still a good order, but would of been nice to choose your order. Price for 2 people for all 4 courses: $180 USD HINT: Bring your go pro so you can take videos and photos inside the OGO Zorb.

Just the best time. Took the mega package (quite expensive) but it's worth every penny. Just a pity they lost my video and didn't even offer me a new go. 😫 Try to get as many of you in there at the same time. Faster that way 😳😝😍

We didn't end up zorbing here because their dry ball was being redeveloped and it was too cold outside to do it wet, but the guy working there was super helpful and referred us to another place nearby that we ended up loving. Usually when a business can't help you they won't recommend somewhere that can. I appreciated his help a lot.

Great experience but very short ride. They had only the wet ride when we went. No dry towels were available , we used ours. Change to your swimming trunks before the ride.

Amazing experience, we loved both the straight and winded rides. Shout out to the team, lovely and welcoming. Also our session was delayed however we received photos and vids for free, really appreciate it. Spas are awesome when there's a waiting time, highly recommend! I suggest searching bookme for prices as they have really good package deals.

I tried with my 6 years old daughter, She was a bit scared but loved it 😁, we are definitely coming again and highly recommend it even in a rainy cold day. Their van which take you up to the ball is warm, they have hot tub up in case you have to wait, inside the ball is warm and there is another hot tub when you arrive down

OGO was fantastic. The zorbing facility here is quite different from other places around the world. All the facilities from A to Z are very thoughtfully created. The 4 tracks are crazy. All of them have a very different feeling from each other. Zorbing with warm water was a completely different experience. They are very reasonably priced; hence everyone can afford it. You must go zorbing with OGO when you are in Rotorua. A big shoutout to their great staff!

We did the dry sidewinder and it was so much fun. A bit pricey ($50 each to share a zorb) but I think the price can go down to $20 each if you say you're a NZ resident). Don't do the zorb alone coz it's not as much fun as laughing at each other while you roll around. It also gets hot inside so just be mindful of what you wear inside. The whole ride doesn't take more than 2 minutes though. They have showers for those who prefer to do the wet zorb.

Most amazing staff that make the experience even better. So much fun, and really great deals on. We went on the side winder and the mega track and had an absolute blast, we were talking about it all day long. The spa's and heaters in the change rooms are a life saver on a cold winters day, making it an activity you can enjoy year round.

Lots of fun! Sidewinder was our favorite course. A bit pricey, but recommend the VIP package.

We had lots of fun. They have hot jacuzzis for you at the bottom of the track so you won't be cold between rides, too bad the don't have them at the top of the track as well. The ride is expensive in my opinion. Staff is very nice.

I had a weekend in Rotorua with my two boys aged 6 and 8 and this was the best thing we done all weekend! Worth every cent and it brings tears of joy every time i watch the video.

SO MUCH FUN. Friendly and helpful staff, affordable, and a hilariously good time. Read reviews for a long time to decide which outfit to go with for this activity, and I'm glad I went with OGO. Pop next door to the Skyline gondola afterwards for a slough of other fun activities!

loved it! I went down the zig zag track and my 6 year old and husband went down the straight track. Great fun!

Unique experience, great fun and worth checking out along with Rotorua's other extreme adventures (though this is probably the safest/least scary of all of them). Well laid out to enjoy over and hour or two, with an inflatable park just opened for fun antics and competition!

Very fun!! We only did the Big Air. In hindsight, it would have been good to do more than 1 track. 10/ 10 would recommend for most ages. Photos/ video of the experience is a bit expensive (we opted not to get them). Staff are friendly and the venue has good amenities.

Definitely a must-do in Rotorua! They have 3 different tracks where visitor can purchase a combo to experience the 3 tracks. Do make sure to bring a swim wear as you can get really wet inside the OGO. Would recommend to go for the side-winder track as it is more fun. Best of all they provide hot spa prior n after so to keep you warmed :)

A bit pricy but the water one was so fun to play with someone. The feeling of losing control and bumping around will create a lot of joy and fun. Highly recommend

Awesome! It was a major bucket list check for me and even better than I expected. Amazingly friendly staff, great location and super fun courses! All 4 courses were amazing! Definitely worth the wait to finally get here...why indidnt come sooner is dumb on my part. Go! You won't regret it!

My 13 year old daughter and I did 3 Zorbs each. We did it together and loved it. It feels a lot faster inside compared to what it looks like as an observer. Some small things could make it awesome... 1) coffee shop was open but then closed because it was busy; 2) more heating at the bottom while you wait; 3) reducing wait times would help a lot too. Three rides took 2.5 hours.

Exciting experience. Could not stop laughing! For adults and children this is a great experience!

On the 7th August it was my 60th birthday, so I decided that for myself and my whanau that a good start to the celebrations would be the zorb experience. 5 stars does not do the experience justice. Just loved it! Staff very friendly. It was our first time and the girl on the reception explained the difference between the tracks. Well equipped. They have clothes to hire, in case if you don’t want to get yours wet and changing room with heating facilities. We went in the summer, but I’m sure if you go in winter you will be warm and cosy in one of their hot tubes while you are waiting to zorb. We highly recommend you to go on all 4 tracks.

Oh man, this place is so much fun. Much funner than I expected. I recommend doing the big air track. It involves getting wet, but they have hot tubs while you wait.

This was my first time Zorbing, and I really enjoyed it. Melissa and the rest of the staff are amazing - enthusiastic and friendly. There are several courses to choose from; I tried all four. While the price is a bit steep and the ‘rides’ are short, as a unique Rotorua experience, it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

One of the best parts of my trip to Rotorua! Weather back in Feb was very wet so what best way to spend a rainy day? Get into a ball with water and get pushed down a hill! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. If you can I would recommend you bring a GoPro camera, the videos turn out great.

Amazing experience - but if you have motion sickness, take something beforehand! Also best if going with young kids, hold them in ur lap.

Our kids ages 6-12 loved it! Lovely staff, great service and friendly too. Did feel sorry for the staff standing in the rain. Perhaps put a shelter there for them :)

We were driving by and saw ZORB from the highway. Couldn’t resist stopping in! We booked all 4 rides and had a blast! Soooo much fun. Staff was awesome and very friendly :) We will bring our kids here in the future!!

I believe this is one of the top activities to do in Rotorua. They have several tracks to go on for different experiences, a heavy slope, a zig-zag or a race track with a mate. Each ball can have up to 2 people. They are well facilitated; changing rooms even have heaters in them and they provide spa pools to keep warm. The staff are genuinely excellent, in terms of customer service but also great to talk to. They even helped us to decide what to restaurant to go to in the area as we were completely clueless. It is quite expensive though, being at least $75 for a one-minute ball ride, but so is every other activity in Rotorua. I highly recommend this activity!

I wasn't sure if this would be worth the money since you only get to go down 2 or 3 times but it was so worth it. I had so much fun doing this!

Wonderful staff, very helpful. Bought tickets online through PayPal without calling first, arrived to find it was too windy to Zorb safely. Staff were extremely apologetic and immediately set me up for a refund. Super painless and very attentive. Definitely trying again when I’m back in NZ!

Hey guys I'm so sorry I promised Hayley & Shanyse I'd leave a review, It's taken me 6 months but here it is! The girls I mentioned were an amazing help informing about all about Rotorua and make a great coffee. For the boys on the jumps and transport I'd like to say you all create a great vibe, this was the most fun I had during my time in the north island. Do not pass on this experience anyone reading this and grab the go pro bundle

This was a fantastic fun experience!! We recommend trying all 4 options. Lots of fun with friends. I wore a rash guard bathing suit and that was a great choice

Good fun, whoever's thought of going down a hill in a giant inflatable ball is a genius. Had such a great time the staff were really nice, it's just a little annoying when they try take photos of you then sell you them all at the end. For heaps on $$😫

It's worth doing once in your life. It's fun but too expensive for what it is. When I went it was 45 New Zealand dollars for a single ride down the hill. For that price the company should let you ride down all three hills. I recommend doing the Twisted course.

This is one of Rotorua's top fun places. We had such a great time

It was raining when we went so the drop track was closed. $130 for both of us to go on the other two tracks. It is a little pricey for such a quick experience you're probably in the ball for less than a minute on each track. It was fun however we wouldn't do it again. Apparently the OGO has longer tracks however they are even more expensive.

Loads of fun! Just know you will get wet as there is water in Zorb ball to help you slide around inside. It was a little cool the day we went & they put warm water in which was nice. Totally fantastic ride!

Lots of fun, but very over priced. $20 per ride on the "discount night"! Normally $30 to $40 per ride. So expect to pay about $100 to have just 3 rides....

Zorb is AWESOME!!!! Not good for cold days too high prices. Super fun like AHHHHHHHHHHHH fun that fun good changing rooms 2 hot tubs at the bottom and a vehicle to carry up ball is up by machine.

Good friendly staff, it's fairly expensive though compared to other attractions, but I can tick that off the bucket list now

Worth while if you like this sort of thing. My daughter and friends too the 3 rode package which was also quite fun to watch.

I chose this place over the other 'ball rolling downhill' place as I was on foot and closer to town. Staff were friendly and it was quiet so I didn't have to wait long before my turn. It is definitely a different experience however it's ridiculously expensive for something that's all over in under a minute. Was it fun? Yes. Was it worth $75? No way.

If you really enjoy adrenaline filled activities this is the place for you. If you are on the delicate side, maybe avoid this one. For me I found it to be rather expensive as you only got to go down the hill once. Staff were kind and had a nice sitting spot at the bottom of the hill.

A real wild ride! We did it with our family of 5 (all adults now) and it was AWESOME! A great way to laugh and make great memories!

Did the zigzag which was super fun and great value with the Groupon. Great on a rainy day, no lines and they put a little warm water inside so quite pleasant. Short, fun and not scary.

Pure childhood joy! If you ever want to feel like a kid and experience nothing but pure pleasure you HAVE to give ZORB a try. I had an amazing time in New Zealand but this was probably the most pure FUN I had while there. Cannot recommend it enough. AMAZING! Great friendly staff too!

So glad that we decided to push through with the activity. Getting wet and having to change after is worth it!!! Did three rides and all were fun. Got our adrenaline pumping!

A must do , we bought a deal of $120 pp which included 2 zorb rides and two rides of your choice from the velocity park. The Zorb seriously felt like I was in a washing machine. I would suggest to do with another person as it is more fun. As we did two Zorb rides we got to chill in the hot spa while waiting for the next turn to roll down the hill in the zorb. We also also got a bit of 4x4wheel driving experience as it required to go up the hill in a 4x4 wheel drive The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Very fun experience, there are hot tubs on location that you can use during the wait times (which are generally very short). Staff are all very friendly and chatty, great experience would highly recommend to everyone.

Had the best fun at the Original zorb!!! I have been waiting for the review that is below mine to defend the staff members at Zorb. I witnessed some of the rudest and dumbest people on earth laying into the staff which was totally unnecessary even myself and husband were beginning to become frustrated with the lack of listening that went on from these horrendous customers. People should not have to put up with idiots like you ever!!! I'm glad you people went to ogo because we also did first thinking it was the Original zorb but the prices were absolutely ridiculous and the staff were some what friendly but not as great enthusiastic and hilarious as the team at zorb. So I hope you shelled out a mortgage and a half for the same thing except mediocre compared to the orginal. Keep up the great work guys. Nothing was too much to ask of you all. And the manager Ellie I think? You are one amazing lady above and beyond! We will definitely be back for some more down hill rolling fun!!!

We booked the first available slot so we didn’t have to wait for any other patrons ahead of us. It was a cold, rainy day and the friendly staff were still setting up the tracks when we arrived. We were eventually ushered into the Zorb van that bumpily drove us to the top of the tracks. The water heater wasn’t functioning properly so the Zorb’s innards were filled with cold water. Our host gave us the option of waiting until the heater kicked in but we said “nah, we’re Canadian. We can handle it.” Honestly the cold water probably added to the rush of the experience. 3 short rides (2 together and 1 solo) with a long hot tub dip in between and we were all done. One track was closed due to weather. We bought our tickets online to take advantage of a discount, just give it a google and you’ll find a deal.

I really enjoyed this experience. It was exhilarating going downhill. It felt like you were being chucked down a mountain.

This place has brilliant rides, some go fast and some take time, but they are all well worth the money. The strait is a short but fast course that can run two zorbs at a time so it is perfect for races. The sidewinder is a long course that has lots of bends. The Mega is a steep track that is best when multiple people are inside a single zorb, it is much faster than the strait, but can only run a singular zorb at a time. The big air is the newest edition to the tracks, there are 3 drops during the course that make it by far the best of the four tracks. It is just as long as the sidewinder but is almost as fast as the strait. I have been to ZORB three times in the past, as I do not live in Rotorua, but this will definitely not be my last.

The whole thing is crazy brilliant! The water is warm inside the balls, they have hot tubs for between rides, so even on a cold day we had a great time. Pay for the video footage, it's worth it!

I really enjoyed going on the ZORBs. My wife got me to do it when I was skeptical but it was super fun. It only lasts a few minutes but it seems like forever in there. I wish the prices were lower, I would have done more runs down the mountain.

This is great fun and well set up. However, a children's discount should be available. Children paying adult's prices isn't cool.

Tracks were a little short but the price was decent. Really enjoyed the sidewinder course. Staff were courteous and friendly. Enjoyed our experience here more than at Ogo Rotorua.

Great overall experience. If you are going to only go down once though do the zig zag course. Very fun and will be more enjoyable. They fill the ball with some warm water so don't worry about being cold.

Far more exciting than you would think watching from afar. Kind of like a human washing machine except down a hill and with less soap. Pricey for the length of the run, but great fun to do once.

Zorbing was a ton of fun and worth the price! Would recommend OGO instead only because they have more runs and longer runs but you will also play double the price for essentially the same thing.

I was on the fence about zorbing and thought the courses looked pretty vanilla. Pretty low expectations but wow it was unreal. 30 Seconds in a zorb feels much longer. We all did track 2 and really enjoyed it.

This is probably the most fun per minute I've ever had! From the top they look terrifying but you gather momentum so quickly you don't even have time to think about it! We did the Long Straight which is the fastest in the world, Air Time which literally defies Gravity and the Sidewinder which was our highlight, you spin do much you finish not knowing which way is up! The videos are a must, pure entertainment value everytime we watch them! Massive thanks to Holly for all the awesome facts and stats, and Shayden for kindly offering us a lift back into town on his way home! Top tip here is to go around 3.30pm so you can catch the start of Sunset over the lake in the hot tubs at the top of the hill!

OGO is so SO much fun! Must do activity in Rotorua, absolutely loved it! There’s 3 different lines, a straight one, zig zag and a mega one. I loved the curves, they where the most fun. OGO has the longest and also fastest track in the world, if that’s not enough reason to do it here I don’t know what is ;)

Rotorua is the birthplace of the Zorb, a unique experience that sees people entering a gigantic inflatable ball as they roll down an adrenaline-inducing obstacle course. Pick-ups from Rotorua city centre can be arranged if you need help getting to ZORB™ Rotorua’s premises. There are three different track types to choose from, and the Zorb site also features its own hot pool, picnic area and covered decks for the ultimate family outing.

Fun activity and good options to choose from, but it's easy to get bruises and the prices can be a little high for what you get, but worth it.

We did the multiple person deal, going all together on the first track and separately on the other two. It was well worth it, a lot of fun, and the staff was awesome.

Lots of fun downhill. Wish we could have been there for the new ramp they are building.

The rides themselves are really fun, but short lived given the price. You can actually take your own go pro (we weren’t told this till afterwards) so remember that. Definitely do them with water.

We tried all four options. Totally worth the somewhat steep price. Didn't realize rolling down hills inside a giant ball could be this much fun. Very welcoming and fun oriented staff, and free hot tubs meant it was no problem doing it in a slightly cooler and rainier weather. The heater in the changing room was a nice touch!

Kids thought it was fun. Very short. Service was disappointing, had to look for staff and ask questions instead of being offered information and up selling. Would not do again....probably try another place instead.

Love the chance to do Zorbing! However warning to those people wearing contacts, I would recommend you take them out before doing this. I had water splash in my face and it cause problems with my contacts. Other than that, I had a blast. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Thanks again for a .memorable experience!

Best experience I could’ve expected! It was 13 celcius about 55 farenheit and we did the wet tracks the one that winds back and forth and the jump one and totally worth it. BEST PART unlike any other place they give you your pictures and videos for FREE!!! We are from the U.S. and I’m so lucky to have had an experience like this! The price was so worth it. We did a ton of different things around NZ and this was the cheapest for the best experience.

A great and hilarious experience!! One of the funniest things I've done! Not full stars though because they'd run out of USBs, we had to purchase a cd-rom (who uses those anymore??) so we still haven't seen the pictures. However, I still strongly recommend this activity to everyone!

Surprisingly AWESOME! Definitely recommend having a GoPro to capture the ride down! When you are waiting you are kind of just sitting around. They do have a hot tub but no music or anything going . It was a last minute decision for us to stop and try it out but definitely worth it!

If you are looking for an adrenaline rush, this is it. There are three different tracks. A straight track, a winding track, and a zig zag track. The zig zag track makes you feel like you are in a washing machine. Bring a change of clothes, because you will get soaked. There are changing rooms available.

We showed up at 4:30 hoping to get in before 5. Found out it is open until 6 in the summer and they take the last booking until 5:59. Really friendly staff. So much fun. From the outside it doesn't look like much but inside it is hilarious. Definitely go together in one ball down the hill. You will not stop laughing. Spend the extra money and take 3 trips. It is worth it. Nice to warm up in the hot tubs in between and there are heaters and blowdryers in the change rooms.

My wife and I did the 2 ride package. We had a blast, make sure to do the wet ride. If you want to feel like a 3 year old again this is the place Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Washrooms were clean, change rooms good and hot tubs a nice added feature. Would recommend and would do it again.

OGO rotorua is awesome fun!! The service and staff are outstanding, the location is spectacular and it has a really funky, relaxed feel to the place. We had a wicked hot spa in between exhilarating races down the hill. Recommend the water experience and both courses, doing solo and with someone else! - Roll on! Thanks guys 😄
