a great experience! there are lots of different levels for people of all ages, abilities and confidence levels. you do have a limited time, so you are able to skip some of the easier parts if you choose (but it is definitely possible to complete the whole course). the mechanisms you use are safe and simple to use. the staff are very friendly, supportive and encouraging. for some of the sections near the end there are ways to make it easier, so ask the staff if you are struggling!

I took my family here so my kids could do this. The people running this are first class and very patient and kind to the kids. My son raved about it and my daughter liked it too. The safety harness system is fail safe and solid training is given to ensure your safety. The double clip system ensures you never fall. Highly recommended for a great time out with the family. 5 stars 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Friendly and informative staff.. I did courses, 1, 3, 4 and two obstacles on 6, in the rain hahaha.. by then my hands were tired Abe was getting late, DEFINITELY will go again. Very safe with the well designed equipment

Great bit of fun wrapped up in a challenging experience.

My family loved this! We only got to level 3 but we'll be back to get to level 6. It's endearing, scary, physical & gets the adrenaline pumping! Highly recommend!!

So much fun. We did this for my 40th birthday and what a great way to kiss goodbye to my 30's!
The safety clips on the harnesses were great once you got the hang of them. They made everything seem even safer knowing you couldn't accidentally unclip both at once 😅 Will definitely be back again. Thanks crew!

Such a fun experience! Suitable for everyone and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They were very thorough with the safety briefing and made sure you were comfortable working the gear.

Visited Adrenal Forest back in June this year. The day my friend and I had booked was absolutely bucketing down with rain. We were a little dubious about going at all.... We were glad we did! It wasn't what we expected, but we weren't disappointed. The staff are very helpful, friendly and safety conscious. They wouldn't let you up until they were sure you knew how to work all the safety equipment. Due to the weather we weren't brave enough to do as many levels as we had originally hoped, so that gives us an excuse to go back the next time we're in the Bay of Plenty. We'll worth the price.

Great experience! Excellent way to challenge yourself and to find your limits. Great group or family activity and not too expensive either.

Loved this place even though I hate swing bridges and have a fear of heights!! Got rescued 1/2 way round the second course crying like a baby and worried about letting go of the tree !! Still enjoyed it and would go again

Really fun high ropes course! There's 6 different courses (but the fifth was closed when we were there) and you have 3 hours to do as many as you wish. They go up in difficulty and the last one is very challenging so there's something for everyone. They use a sophisticated safety system. Would recommend!

Took my daughter and her friends, they're 12 years old and not affraid of heights. Great safety and instruction they can't wait to go again!

Wonderful friendly staff and good value compared to other tourism attractions in the area. We went later in the day- we must have been the last group and they actually reopened a level they had closed off to let my partner try it again. They also "rescued" me when I'd had enough halfway through a challenging pathway and they couldn't have been nicer about it. I will definitely come back again.

Absolutely love this place! Definitely recommend trying it out! Level up though don't recommend skipping lvls, made lvl 6 really hard!!

We were there did all 6 levels .. level 6 the last obstacles really got us .. staff excellent and I think one of the best forest activities you can do on your way to Tauranga

A lot of fun. Only annoyance is that the wire you clip onto gets in your way a little bit.

Awesome experience & vibe. Simple instructions on how to use harness & clips. Don't talk about doing it, just do it, as you eventually will find the more levels you complete, the higher & challenging it becomes 😉 A+

Absolutely love this place. Starts off simple and easy and as you go up to didferent levels it gets harder and face a few more fear inducing obstacles. But amazing feeling of accomplishment once you are done

High trees. Lots of options for any level of climber. Kid friendly and plenty of challanges. Level 6 takes it out of you.

So good. My mate and I are quite athletic but we found it a great challenge and a fun way to burn some energy. No way would anything this wild be legal in Australia. We loved it.
A. H.
Scary as but omg I'd do it again
P. K.
This is a hidden gem. The day we went we were the only ones on the field. A great workout if you can complete the 6 levels in the allotted 3 hours.

Challenge yourself! It's not about bravado, it's about skill, strength of character and purpose, mind and body aligned and sometimes the pure grit to keep going!

(Translated) [German] climbing garden with six different routes with increasing height and level of difficulty.
I recommend asking for helmets as they are not offered as standard.
Some of the routes run vertically one above the other and if someone e.g. B. loses a smartphone, it can hurt the people underneath.
Definitely put on clothes that you are not too attached to, as they scrub on steel cables.
You have three hours to complete the routes. I did routes 1 through 4 and stopped after that. On the one hand, three three hours were over (including a meal break) and on the other hand, for me (38 years old, athletic, not afraid of heights), Route 4 was borderline demanding or uncomfortable.
At peak times I would avoid the whole thing and would rather go during the week.
(Original)
