Reviews of Gemstone Bay
M.Stunning. Rocky shoreline but good scuba diving if not too rough. An easy walk down from the car park on a very easy, sealed track.
J.Amazing walk, one of the best places to do snorkeling. Quite a small place and probably crowded during public holidays but we were the only ones there. Pretty lucky. A nice spot to have your lunch and relax

K.This wee bay was a good place to stop for lunch. Few wasps around but didn't bother us. Snorkeling from here was awesome with lots of big snapper seen.

K.A small bay and especially prepared for scuba diving. Take your time to exercise and have a view!
m.Love this spot. Kids enjoy the snorkel trail as long as the waves aren’t too big. Steep walk up afterwards but 80 yr old grandparents managed it with a few stops so can’t be too bad. Lots of snapper, red moki, sometimes an eagle ray, various other fish. Even found a crayfish but took a bit of finding. Good family fun.
