Had a great experience with the branch manager be was super passionate about he did and he understood the importance of what we were getting and took great care to help us and explain as much as he could to us.

Staff is friendly but at times I have not found what I was looking for, even though it is a famous brand. Location is better than city in terms of parking and traffic, I wish if they had more product availability.

Great service from Caleb Cross. Emailed them about a product. Didnt have what I was looking for but promptly organized for the product to be held for me at another store. By the time email was sent back to me, I had my item waiting for purchase at a nearby store. Great job!

I was looking to buy a dj controller as a gift. I did a price challenge online and the staff was really helpful with me when I went to ask if I could actually get it that day for a cheaper price. It was worth it. Happy boyfriend, happy costumer. 😄

I wanted to purchase something. They said it will be in stock soon but only have a few, which makes me feel rushed, so I went to the store at the same day and figured out it is actually out of stock. I felt a bit unfair since they kinda rushed me as most sellers do and turned out I just wasted a bit of money and time. They even tried to promote something else in the same price range even though I told them what I want is a particular model. They are good people, but not really professional or enthusiastic about instrument, just care about selling goods. That is totally normal in that industry but it is unfortunate they are the only retailer of my favourite brand in NZ and I have to choose them to get what I want.
