A.Best purchase experience ever. I did a lot of research about what digital piano to buy and decided to get a Kawai ES110 but I wanted to check it in person and try the keys.
They didn’t have one in display so the girl that was helping me and the guy, opened it for me so I can try it. Both of them a 10 stars service!.
They were really helpful and I’m really happy with the service and the product. Will absolutely go to this shop every time I need to purchase something.

신.Everyone who works here is knowledgeable and very kind. They only recommend what I really need, with always smile. Because they are very kind to every customer, there would be sometimes a bit waiting time when they are taking care other people before your turn. But, it is understandable that everyone needs proper and professional guides for instruments, and they would take that much time to you as well.
S.I buy a lot of my gear here. The depth of their selection may vary depending on the instrument you play but overall it's good. They also offer repairs. I consider this a solid general location for those living nearby.
J.Driving past I always thought this place was all grand pianos and flutes, but hidden in there is a Rockshop section that makes the place a must-visit.
Went there by chance, was looking for a tuning peg to fix my mates guitar and the other stores in the area couldn't help on a Monday, so we were third call lucky.
Service was UNBELIEVABLE the guitar guy there Josh went way beyond the call of duty giving the guitar a full check through and repair while we all had a great conversation.
Can't wait for an excuse to go back there and spend more time ... and this time money as well.
A.Context: Saxophone purchase
If you are in NZ, if you have access to Epsom, Auckland which is very likely then you are blessed to have this music store. Possibly the most genuine salesmen who are actually musicians, reliable and knowledgeable repair technicians in the country if not beyond. As any musician would know it’s not easy to pick an instrument at least as a beginner. The staff here were extremely approachable, supported me throughout my journey which lasted 2 months and answered all my questions and beyond. They made me feel very comfortable throughout without making me feel obligated to purchase at any stage, which I found very helpful. Huge thanks to all the staff in Epsom and Albany in helping me pick my saxophone through multiple trials during multiple visits to discover the models I barely knew even existed. Originally came to purchase an intermediate horn walked out with a pro horn which is worth every cent, at a competitive price too. If you want an instrument don’t hesitate to go to KBB Epsom or Albany.
Kbb staff, I owe you guys a cake at some stage, once my bank balance comes up;)
C.My son plays the flute for his school band and we have dealt with KBB music Epsom for about 6 years now. just visited the store yesterday and John the store manager was extremely helpful and so was Carvin. Extremely knowledgeable with all things music and extremely obliging with showing us various types of flutes. Was a great help with the selection of a new flute and also thankful for the discount they were able to offer us. Thanks KBB.

m.Went in to buy a guitar for my brother. John, the branch manager, was an absolute boss in every sense. He was helpful, helped us get the best deal, gave my brother his first guitar lesson for free AND recommended him quite a few things to try out. The store itself had a wide variety of guitars, and by the looks of it, other instruments at reasonable price. Would recommend it 10/10!

P.We hired my son an Alto Saxophone from KBB Music Manukau Rd for his intermediate music this year. We got a brand new instrument which was fantastic for him. He had no problems with it the entire year and we could not be happier with KBB. The service from the staff on hiring and return was great and they could not have been more helpful.

E.Went shopping for a digital piano recently and my experience at KBB Epsom was just the best amongest all the local stores. Very good selection of digital pianos (they stock all the major brands except yamahas), the staff were friendly but not imposing and gave me the freedom to try out the instruments properly to my heart's content. I was very happy with my choice at the end. Will definitely come back if I need to buy another instrument in the future.
