B.I could only see the outside, so not sure about range of selection. But they were very helpful when I had problems with the courier losing a delivery, and went above and beyond to make sure they could help get it resolved

Bought an electric piano for $1500, definitely worth it.

A.Enquired about a set of pickups earlier in the year last year, told them I'd be keen to pick them up in November. They told me they rarely get stock for these particular pickups but could order them in. I put my name down to be contacted in November when I was ready to make the purchase. A few months later I'm surprised to get a call from music planet queen street, notifying me that the pickups were ready if I was still interested. I had honestly completely forgotten I made a call at all. I've had alot of varied experiences when it comes to customer service lately but this instance puts a smile on my face whenever I think back to it. A+ job you guys.
L.Bought two items now. The Korg SV1 and the Korg Monologue and have had the most exceptional service both times. Very personalised and attention to detail is outstanding. Going to be a lifelong customer of Music Planet

B.Fantastic music store. Really old school service, where you talk to muso's who genuinely have a passion for their instruments. Spoke to Darren about a Korg synth, just browsing, and he showed me the whole range with patience and enthusiasm. I decided a few days later to buy the model he recommended to me, and he offered a discount that was very comparable to online.
He made it a point that if I had any troubles, give him a ring, come in, and he's happy to help me out.
