B.I'm loving the digital piano I got from these guys. They had a wide range of high quality new and used acoustic and digital pianos. This made it great to compare different options and figure out what was important to me for this purchase. Kane was super helpful without being too pushy, and I felt well looked after. Highly recommended!

Happy to let you try anything out as well as work out a potential deal for products. Definitely a mainstay in the Auckland music market.

Not only was he knowledgeable in this field, he was witty (with a kicker personality 🤙unless you want someone serious then I'm certain he would... our family aren't so yeah 🤷🏽♀️🤭), talented, helpful and definitely had the passion for music which translated into a good purchase with a great deal.
Highly recommended and we could not be any happier!!! If you have doubts, go ahead and find him at Takapuna. Actually I'm certain anyone will help you just as good. We just hit jackpot when we got him. Surely won't be disappointed! Nor judged for your lack of musical experience either (which happened to be us coincidentally too 🙄🤫).

M.Popped to have a closer look at a Cort bass. Was shown through an extensive range by Mandy who was super knowledgeable, helpful and cool. Was really impressed with the range of gear in stock.
E.Went into music planet today in takapuna and Zane was extremely helpful. They walked us through the different piano keyboards and which one would suit a 6 year old learning to play for the first time. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. If u r looking to purchase your first instrument or going in for supplies this is the place to go. Highly recommend.
Play Zane was able to provide some teachers for the piano which is super helpful for someone that has lived in New Zealand for 3 years.
S.Amazing service. My son's electric guitar needed a new string. The guy not only restrung it, but took the time to show my son how to tune his guitar by ear properly. He was also pretty funny too. We are loyal customers for life now!

2.Awesome customer service!!! We went to different musical stores, and Kane was by far the most knowledgeable person we met that day. He took plenty of time to explain everything and answer all our questions. If you are after a piano or keyboard, just go there and ask for Kane, he is the man!!!

A.Was in a rush to get a rather neglected guitar restringed and sorted before i took it overseas. Called these guys and dropped it off within 20 mins of the call - they got it not only restringed but also tidied, fixed up and tuned.
Happy to say it made it safety to Aus that same day in great condition thnx to these guys! Can't rate then highly enough!
