S.I had a guitar that had a grounding issue. They took it in on the friday and it was ready the next morning. Only a $40.00 job as well. Very happy and will be back.

H.I bought a Yamaha YDP 164 electric piano through Music Works Hobson Street, Auckland in January. The staff were very helpful in reserving the piano for me to play and I had a really great experience in-store where I was given lots of time to play the piano before buying it. The staff, particularly Oliver, were great in answering my questions about the piano. I was so impressed with the service I was given with purchasing this piano and I was so grateful that the piano was delivered to and assembled in my apartment. After a few months of playing I am so happy with my purchase and am enjoying my piano. Thank you!!! I would definitely come back here in future for any other purchases! :)
S.Excellent customer service. Bought some electric guitar strings, think there must have been a tiny leak in the packaging from the factory because the high strings had rust on them. Dropped Musicworks an email and they had replacement strings out with a courier to me within an hour. Really nice people to deal with. Keep it up 👌

L.I love looking at instruments and this place has the largest piano showroom in New Zealand. Would love a new piano but it could be a while to save for a new one at these prices. They are fab though

A.Friendly staff members, lots of musical instruments as well as equipment such as speakers and mixers. They don't try to sell you more stuffs but will think with you about what you need/required. Really recommend.
