Came here few weeks ago and purchased two ukelele for me and my daughter. I also purchased tuner however I could not find it once I get home, only have an empty box in a bag. Went back to the shop and explained what happened, they were happily to post me a tuner. As soon as I received the tuner, the originally one magically appeared, it was in the bag of the ukelele. So what happened was the person who sold us these proactively helped us to put battery in the tuner and left in the pocket, unfortunately I completely not aware or daydream at the time, when I called back to apologize they were very forgiven and ask me to keep them for my daughters Ukelele. Just want to say a big thank you and sorry for the trouble 😊
