I ordered a product online on boxing day. Got a phone call from Don letting me know that the product would be a download with an activation code and would require a manager that would need to approve and send via email. Considering the managers were on holiday I expected it to be a week or two away before I received it. Two days later I got a call from Don saying he would be sending the code via email. Wow, Don has done some outstanding customer service considering both days were public holidays. Exceptional and impressed.

Unsure if this is the right site to review but we are repeat customers that purchase gift cards however, opted for the e-gift to simplify the process. New technology with teething issues and a bit frustrating but Paul to the rescue (even though he was new to the job) and if he didn't know the answer he made sure to ask someone that did and sorted it all out. Happy campers both buyer and recipient!

The difference between this music shop and the other one down the road couldn’t be greater. The staff at Rockshop Digital are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The ‘other’ shop down the road wanted my money and that was the force behind their interactions. A great place to do your music shopping and has all you could want ( including allowing punters to try out the instruments at your leisure) - the sound of real music permeates the shop.

Went in this morning to get my first Harmonica and spoke with a fella at the front desk. He was a wealth of knowledge and pointed me in the right direction. He then got a guitar out and showed me the ropes. Bloody awesome bloke. Definitely recommend Rockshop AK city Cheers mate

I love this store....I bought my best guitars in there....Krd store one...A Taylor nylon acoustic, An electroacoustic Taylor and USA telecaster....most of my mics and software, pedals coming from there...best shop ever....thank you guys....you are my real hero !!!! Frank Silval

The service in this place is unreal! I’ve been banging my head against the wall at other places trying to get some guidance for a podcast setup and these guys were light years ahead. It has been long time since I’ve received such great retail service in NZ. Wish I’d known they were there soon! Nice work
