N.I called here to see if they had both a mixer and mic cables, they didn't have the one that I needed but they offered another one that was the same but just more money and can I just say that they had very good knowledge and excellent customer service!
S.Firstly, the selection is massive! Whether you are a professional or a beginner, they have almost all the gear you will ever need. Customer service is nothing short of excellent! Staff are always friendly and helpful and definitely make me feel like a valued customer every time I walk into any of the branches. They have great product knowledge and I love when they suggest better alternatives or other gear that I might be interested in. The layout of the shop is always great. Very cool displays in the aisles. I would highly recommend the Rock Shop to anybody ... cheers RS :)

The team there are not only helpful but actually know what they are talking about, they are not trying to sell you something that's pricey and not what you went there for,rather they guide you to what you actually want,its pretty rare not to be force fed irrelevant jargon,love dealing with this team even if I'm window shopping, I still love it (missus hates it though.....) 🤘
