Visited in January just after the public holidays to inquire about a product. There was one employee at the store and he was helpful in what I needed and even checked stock on an item that wasn't on the shelves in store. Strongly recommended, the store is large and has a lot of different audio solutions. Entrance and exit will be difficult if parking in the store car-park as it is narrow and on the bend of the street making it hard to see oncoming traffic especially with parked cars on both sides.

Purchased off trademe and picked up at store, easy transaction, the guy behind counter seemed abit moody....bad day perhaps, but still smile and greet customers. Would have been 5 star but service could improve.

If you ever looking for excellent service and sound equipment I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JESSICA- GO SEE HER, ASK FOR HER SHE WILL LOOK AFTER YOU...... Why? I had problems with my previous speaker that I had for about 11 months, on and off, and she went the extra mile by delivering me a whole new unit with a new warranty. The team here have been amazingly helpful. I ordered the Fenton brief case record player, it came one day after they were able to ship it ! Unfortunately, it didn’t work (which could have been the courrier), and they were very helpful and understanding in organizing a replacement (which I was able to pick up the same day). Quick, easy and contact free delivery, friendly staff who tested the record player for me before I picked it up. And it works perfectly ! Thank you so much, I’m very grateful and happy with my purchase!!

These guys are usually great. With good service, knowledge and good prices. sometimes they are too busy, and then customer service is not that great, they never return calls, when you try to replace spare parts or remote controls for their units, as there is not profit for them, hence the four start and not five. Overall will use again!

Parking is found inside its fence when you drive up As you walk in you are greeted with lighting a tv screen showing videos to the left are mixers microphones and cables. This is a large place with speakers amps to disco lighting. Helpful staff with a good knowledge of their products. Well priced goods.
