D.Visited the location 11th February just after the public holiday hours and purchased a few 30W Power Dynamic horns and despite having a single staff on roster, they were able to handle my query with ease. The parking is a bit difficult to get in and out because it is a single lane shared lot, it also makes it hard to get out because the parking exit/entry is on a bend hard to see oncoming traffic. Other than that, highly recommended store.
S.These guys are awesome! Pulled out mum's old turntable and it was working for about a minute until the stylus gave up. Called these guys and they found a replacement within minutes, arrived within 48 hours and it sounds great (much better than the old one).

T.Only found this place by chance as was having lunch in neighboring restaurant. Pleasantly surprised at the good selection of audio gear and cabling plus a huge selection of party lighting. Staff were friendly and efficient without being pushy. Plenty of parking out the front.

S.A wide range of equipment, cables, stands, electronics, rigging, bits n pieces at reasonable prices. You can put together a comprehensive kit of sound and lighting, or buy that special cable for a one off purpose and put it in the back of the drawer, without breaking the bank of your local school, church or organization.
B.Great selection of equipment and friendly staff. Found the product I was looking for, tried it in the store, and purchased 12. My new first port of call when after new well-priced kit.
R.Very cheap and fast service. These guys have been very helpful when I've had a question or query. No problems with online purchases and collection at the counter. Parking is a mission as the shop is located at the top of Queen Street in the city centre of Auckland.
J.These guys have thousands of great products. My only concern is that they seem to break quickly. I've bought a few lights from them and i would've expected them to last a few years, only lasted 3-6mths before becoming damaged. I really look after my gear too! If you're after something cheap go check em out.

M.I love this shop! I have bought items ranging from components through to lighting products for our school dance parties and stage productions. I have had great customer service in store, by phone, and online.
n.I bought a door bell from the Queen St. branch which was not working. I took it back to the store to have them repair or replace it. I spoke to a staff named Sam, who was very helpful and understood that the unit was faulty and needed a replacement but I believe the manager, Whymond, was very rude and did not help. He just walked away in the middle of the conversation.
Very good items are there but I will not visit the store again!!!!!!!

J.The guy in the counter was a great help. Went there to purchase the Citronic ST 10S subwoofer last Friday around 1:30 pm, 07 Oct 16. I must say, I am not much of a technical person but the gentleman assisted patiently. The unit is what I need & been enjoying the great deep sound here in our lounge. I will be coming back soon.

A.Awesome electronics and sound systems shop with friendly staff. It got lots of electronic components, so if you're into electronics and making stuffs with micro computer or micro controller such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc. you'll love this store. And so is if you're a dj.

K.Awesome range of parts and fittings, nowhere like it in the CBD and delves a lot deeper than Jaycar or any other electronics store nearby. Staff know their stuff, are friendly and helpful.
J.Fantastic service, the assistant Brody (forgive me if I got it wrong) really knew his stuff, he had a great DMX demo setup and had an understanding that is typically only found in real lighting veterans, I am surprised he's in retail and not in the field, he even made me custom length DMX leads.

D.What a huge premises with equipment neatly well presented.I was interested in the speakers with the microphone and the staff member asked straight away to test it out and asked me if i had any questions about the unit.which i did.
The store is easy access for wheelchair.
The parking could be tricking as it has allocated parking for each retail store.The staff assistance
