Cannot recommend this store enough! All the staff were super helpful and friendly, and when it was found that the part I needed for my bass was no longer available for purchase, they gave me some great options for replacing my ‘old reliable’. Will definitely be coming to this branch for all my future music needs 😊

Awkward parking and pretty hard to tell if the store is actually open or not from the outside. Most shops feel quite awkward when it’s silent inside - but a silent music shop was on a whole other level of awkward

I went in to get some replacement pins for my acoustic and the guys were amazing. Fixed my jammed pin, oiled up the fret, adjusted the neck and restrung it for me. Amazing. Thanks RockShop Takapuna!
