V. Z.I want to compliment this store and its workers for great customer service. I was calling from the United States because I had an audio question and it was Sunday and no stores were open around me, but it was Monday in NZ so I figured they would be open.
Whoever answered the phone was very nice and walked me through the solution to my problem and they knew I was in another country. I am happy with the service I received here, and if I ever make it back to Auckland I am going to stop by and say thanks to these workers!
