G.These legends just replaced my Subaru's Japanese stereo/AV unit with a new Pioneer one (including reversing camera, steering wheel buttons etc). Fair pricing, great customer service and excellent install job. Wish I'd done it sooner!
R.Went in looking at different options to upgrade my head unit with one that was bluetooth enabled. Very friendly customer service, knowledge and easy to deal with.
Purchased a unit and organized a time for install. The install was very quick. Went on the next day as had trouble synching phone, knew it would be something simple. Very quickly sorted and wasnt made to feel inept.

P.Rung up for an enquiry. The lady on the phone was pleasant and helpful. She assisted me with a lot of questions. I made an appointment to get extra security system installed in my car. It was installed the very next day. It was explained to me how to use it. Installed while I wandered over to the mall for a lunch date. Great service. Can't thank you all enough. Fantastic service. Handling electronics in an European cars is not a cup of tea for everyone.
According to my experience, i guess Kent is one of the few or may be only european specialist.

S.These people really know what they are talking about, I went to them with a older model European car that had a bad alarm installation effecting the central locking and power windows, even Euro specialists would not touch it, about sound somehow removed the remaining components and restored all functions restoring the car to factory in a few hours! I wouldn't go to anyone else for car audio or security.
C.About Sound are amazing. I bought an import with a particularly difficult head unit through which there was no way to play my own music. They kindly had a look for me prior to the purchase to see if anything could be done, and confirmed they would be able to install both an aux port and a bluetooth connection to use with my device. The installations have made a massive difference and if not for them I most likely would not have bought the car. Thanks!

A.Phenomenal service from Kent and the team. I went in off the cuff and Kent was super attentive and helpful. He took a look right away and fixed the issue quickly, actively working to save me hundreds of dollars. In fact, I was the one saying I might have to get a new unit and he was the one saying "no way mate, we can fix it" to save me money. Absolute legend and really knows his stuff. His microphone installation is super super tidy. Can't recommend About Sound highly enough.
