Great staff and great stock. James (I am pretty sure it was James who served us) from the Christchurch shop was not just patient but super helpful. No hard sale push, just sound, educated advice. Super happy with our purchase and I will be back there soon for more of the good stuff (B&W headphones and a record player). Now if only our house was as nice as our Hi Fi system... priorities.

We bought the Marantz SR6013 and B&W 603 speakers. The sound from this gear is outstanding and has exceeded expectations. The team at Online HiFi do not disappoint. I have purchased multiple items and always keep going back. My latest purchase where the Bowers Wilkins PX wireless headphones and they are a step above the rest. The noise canceling button is amazing and the sound quality is second to none. The product knowledge of the staff is unreal they are very passionate about their products and go over and above. I would highly recommend.

Amazing staff, service and products. I've got a pair of the Denon C160 wireless headphones which are awesome. These are especially amazing in the gym as they are near impossible to shake off. I've also got a zeppelin speaker which is an absolute game changer. The sound quality is unreal. If you're thinking about getting a new sound system definitely come down to check these guys out

Awesome pieces of hardware and even better customer service. I consider myself a bit of an audiophile, and by that I mean that I think I can recognise a mediocre sound system from a somewhat decent one. That said, I’m nowhere up to speed with current monitors speakers nor head units, which is why I decided to pay a visit to Online Hi-Fi just a few days ago, that’s where I met Jackson. I spent about two hours & a half hours in total there with my partner. I cannot overstate how much Jackson went out of his way (by even ending up closing the store later, despite me insisting on having us coming back instead) to make sure we would walk home (just a couple days later) with the best sound system our budget could buy. Jackson listened carefully to our needs & preferences, showed up heaps of options and made sure to explain in a very comprehensible way all the differences between said options. We ended up testing about five pairs of monitor speakers and he gave us heaps of time to test them with our own songs. Once home I checked online reviews and pricing and quickly realised what an amazing deal Jackson gave us, as the online prices were quite higher than the ones provided by the store. In conclusion: I couldn’t recommend this place more. Jackson is friendly, knows what he’s talking about, will NOT overcharge you and you’ll leave the store with the perfect sound system for your needs.

I really enjoyed dealing with the team at Online Hi Fi. I purchased the Bowers & Wilkins 804 and 805 speakers and they have a beautiful sound through all the different frequencies of the music. I run with a Marantz processor and also a Classe power amplifier which delivers great sound. We also use the Heos system which we is very user friendly and great to be able to use directly from our phones. We use this gear at both the office and at home and absolutely love the sound and the usability of it. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Had brought a Marantz receiver on trade me but with 6 month warranty from Online hifi. The problem being it did not have the original remote for this receiver so could not set it up properly. No problem from Jackson from Online HiFi re this warranty,He tried to get a original remote to no avail so they upgraded my receiver two levels at no cost. Very Happy and great service.
