The best customer service. Smiles, helpful and friendly. I think I went back 3 or 4 times in 2 weeks because I wanted new steel guitar strings, then I broke the G string by overtightening and needed a G string and a nylon string set just in case, I wanted a capo and a pick. Such is my journey in learning the guitar and ukelele.

Great Place to buy any musical instruments. They also have a testing room to test your equipment. Really friendly staff & very good at also knowing the details of every musical equipment in store. Good car parking also.

Large shop with an extensive display of musical instruments. There was plenty of knowledgeable staff on hand to help with questions and they also send away instruments for repair. There is plenty of parking at the door.

The rock shop papanui is new and cool. I went there for the first time to check it out and buy a guitar strap and came away another new Marshall amp and a Epiphone 335. Somehow their staff found out exactly what I needed and I'm delighted with these new tools of the trade.
